First of all WOW! My overall experience with Robert was superb from the start. After my car got damaged I immediately looked online and stumbled upon his website. I contacted him through email and sent a picture, immediately I got a response back! After we contacted through talk & text and he was always prompt in replying. This is not a Franchise where a guy gets a couple weeks training and starts repairing cars. Robert is an experienced professional with many years of experience, and his work shows that. Gives you a quote, shows up on time and does a quality job for a fair price. I scraped the fender of My BMW X5 on the side of the garage and also scraped the trim piece on the fender. The "shop" wanted $435.00 for the painting of the fender and another $230 for the trim piece. Roberts quote was $270 for the paint and he suggested I buy the trim and replace it myself since it is an easy fix. ( although he would do it for me if I wanted.) I bought the Piece for $115.00 and installed it myself after he showed me how. Saved $280.00 and it took a little over two hours at my house ! What a great service - highly reccomend read more

I just needed it to fixed enough so I could drive around without damaging my car even further. He responded quickly and was able work me into his schedule. We have used Robert's services now on 2 new Lincoln MKZ's over the past 2 years. The dents/scratches were substantial but he makes them disappear and matches the paint perfectly. These were both lease cars and we had to turn one of them back in because the lease was expired and the body inspector did not catch any of the repairs. Robert is an honest man with A ton of integrity!! I had a prob with the paint on my car chipping ( not from anything he did ) I needed my car fixed ASAP it was bugging my daily looking at my brand new car that I just bought in the condition it was in. I had Robert take a look at it and before he even gave me a price he said did this just start happening or did you hit something ? Cause it does t look like you hit something.. I went on to tell him him no I didn't hit anything and I was bled it just started happening. His suggestion was to take it back to were I bought it at and show them what was happening. This blew me away cause here I am trying to get my car fixed and pay him outa my own pocket and he says it shouldn't be happening and yeah I'd do the work but (they should fix this) not you!! Long story short he gave me a price that was 1/3 the cost of what any shop quoted me just incase the dealership I bought from wouldn't fix it. Lol (which they did end up doing) I can't say I got work done by Robert but.. I've seen the work he's done and witnessed him and his honest true colors and I'd do business with him ANYDAY!!! So I had a little bit of a rush on. Needed a VW looking brand new. I had accidently rubbed my bumper down to the plastic in about a 5" square patch. Wanted it to look great and didn't really want to pay dealership or body shop prices either. Figured I'd try On the Spot Bumpers Plus. I sent them a text and Robert replied within 15 minutes. Sent him a few photos to get a quote. I got the quote less than 10 minutes after the photos were sent. And it was about 30% of a body shop. Roberts schedule is super flexible and will work with you to get whats best for you. He arrived ontime and was extremely pleasant. After plugging in an extesion cord I left him to it. It took about 1.5 hours for metallic grey paint to look brand new. Would I recommend him to my Mother? Absolutely. He was a nice guy and carried out an amazing job for a very very good price. I'm not going to go on and on about how great Robert is at what he does. You can read his Yelp reviews and know that. Based on these reviews I made an appointment with him to "fix" the front bumper on a new to me Lexus GS300. The car itself is beautiful, nearly perfect and well maintained for a 9 year old car. But the front bumper looked like it had been used to push gravel around a quarry. I texted some pictures to Robert and he didn't like what he saw. When appointment day came, Robert showed up promptly and then scared me some more by saying again that he didn't like what he saw. His words were to the effect that it was the worst bumper he had ever worked on and he didn't know how good it was going to turn out. I seriously contemplated just calling it day and purchasing a new factory bumper. But I had a good feeling and I hate throwing that kind of money at a perfectly functional used vehicle. Let me tell you, I kind of watched Robert work throughout the many hours he was here and the transformation of the bumper was pretty remarkable even for somebody that has spent many years working with their hands and knows what good workmanship looks like. I'm not going to say my bumper is perfect now, but it's pretty close to perfect.
