Let me start by saying Robert is one of the nicest guys I've met. Long story short, I was driving on the freeway and ran over something that messed up my bumper. I called up Robert and described to him my situation to see if he could do something about my bumper. He said he might be able to, but just to bring it to his house to check it out anyways. Well today, I did just that and I am more than happy with what he did for me. My bumper was barely hanging on, with the wheel well lining rubbing against my brand new tires. He removed the lining since it was shot and secured my bumper enough to go to a body shop (the damage was far too extensive for a simple repair) all for little to no cost. I was shocked. He even recommended me a body shop to take it to since I was clueless who would give me the best deal and really take care of me the way he did. Robert really cares about your safety. He took an hour out of his time after work to help me out. It honestly felt like he was a family friend just helping me out! To come by people like that is rare these days.
