I obtained quotes from three places listed on my insurance company's website and all were so high! As I was leaving the third place, I happened to pass All Valley Collision and decided to check just one more place, even though they weren't on my insurance list and I'm so glad I did! Rene was SUPER helpful, so friendly and understood our situation (a child hit my car with her Ebike, and her parents would be paying out of pocket). He did the estimate right away and came up with a couple different options, including fixing my existing door (far less $) when all the others said it needed to be completely replaced. It sounded too good to be true. A week passed and Rene proactively reached out to me, and was the only one to do so. He was on it and so I decided to trust him and the team. They got me in right away and he worked with my schedule. He warned that the color match would be ever so slightly off, but they would blend it. When I picked the car up, I couldn't tell any color difference at all! The team did a great job and even washed my car so it was sparkling clean! I was traveling last month and had an encounter with a deer. I contacted my insurance and they told me just to take it in and get the appraisal. I'm old school so I went to three places. The last visit was to All Valley Collision. I was greeted by Rene. Such a nice guy and very professional. He took all my information and had my estimate within 10 mins. They had the lowest price of the three shops. Everything went really smooth. I own a deep gray 2010 Acura TL. I was very apprehensive because my son told me that gray is a very hard color to match to the original factory paint. I took 8 days to complete. It would have been ready sooner but the we some up and downs with my insurance. When I went to pick up the car I didn't even look at the repair work. I was totally overwhelmed by how beautiful my car looked. As far as the color match it was spot on and the car looked brand new. I got home, looked at work and they a fantastic job! Also, I had a chance to meet Joe. What a congenial man.. He was so proud of the work that his mechanics did. I recommend this shop, you get your questions answered, there's no BS and everybody that you deal with is very honest and knowledgeable. The reason why I decided to go with them is because I saw they were closed on the weekend. It's because of the work ethic and a strong belief that the weekends were made to be with your family. 5 stars is not enough, honestly. I had the pleasure of doing business with Joe and James, both of them 100% awesome to work with. My 2018 chevy traverse was hit on the drivers side, both front and back doors were bashed in. Joe gave an estimate and it was sent in to insurance. after that, it was out of my hands. All Valley and my insurance collaborated with eachother, with Joe contacting me halfway thru the job to keep me up to date. Not sure who's writing these reviews but trust me you don't want to go here! My car took 4 weeks for a bumper replacement. Joe didn't answer his phone, was closed when I went over there and had 100 excuses of why he could not get the job done. I was told everything, from sick employees, dead family members and missing employees. My car came back with a chunk on the bumper and chips in my hood. The chips in my hood were over sprayed to cover them up. The hood was fine before I brought the vehicle in. 2019 with 40k miles on it. I will never recommend this shop ever! read more

At the recommendation from Volkswagen, I took my car in for an estimate to repair my oxidized roof and rear view mirror hoods. Gus was so nice. He had closed his shop, but was willing to still take a look. His quote was by far the best of the three quotes I received. I asked him if I could leave it with him.
