I never leave reviews but this guy really deserves all the Stars he went above and beyond..We had our carpets cleaned once, with the understanding that pet odors might resurface--and unfortunately, they did. Since I'm not accustomed to pet smells, it was very noticeable and frustrating. I called Mike, and he was immediately concerned and truly listened to everything I had to say. Honestly, I think he was even more disappointed than I was, knowing that such beautiful carpets--only one year old--had not been properly cared for. Thanks to Mike, we were completely saved from having to spend even more money. Although i haven't met him personally, the way my husband spoke about him and the incredible job he did says everything. I can only imagine him coming in with a cape, because he truly came to the rescue. Whatever he did made a huge difference--the pet odor is completely gone. CitrusGo is now added into my personally approved companies offering their services. I spoke with them via Yelp and sent pictures of the Used couch I had bought for my vacation home in Arizona. I didn't want a new couch and when I had went to pick up the couch that looked much better online, I didn't want to leave and start the search process over so I bought it and knew I would need a good upholstery cleaning company. CitrusGo did not disappoint with pricing and schedule. I reached out on a Saturday and they were the only ones who could offer their service by Monday. Their tech arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment which I was glad to see. He was very professional and quick. He pre-treated alllll the stains and began cleaning shortly thereafter. There was grease stains, dirty finger stains and the worst... Marker stains from the previous owners children! He got 99% of them out and only two small ones remained, but he tried his hardest. They weren't in a obvious place so I had no issues with them staying there. The couch smells better, looks like new and I couldn't be happier. Keep up the great work!

I called the company multiple times to confirm my appt because I never heard back. Calls went straight to voicemail and I left multiple voicemails. I messaged the company on yelp again and they responded that they can't schedule my appt anymore because they don't " service that area anymore". My appt was scheduled almost a month ago and it's supposed to be in 6 days. I wish they would've communicate this to me when the appt was scheduled.

Plus Adam, the scheduler in the office is so nice and cordial, always answers the phone right away. Prices are reasonable, they cleaned my wall to wall carpet, which is 29 years old, so much better than any other company ever has. And they GOT THE STAINS OUT! Note that if somebody is out sick, the owner comes in and gets it done, plus he is always available to consult on challenging jobs like septic backup onto my rug. they know what they are doing and have been in business a long time. It is always a good sign to see that most of the technicians have been working there a long time.
