They denied causing it and claimed it was already like that, but I have proof showing the condition of my car before it was brought in. They also stated that my hood was never opened by them, but after I provided camera footage showing otherwise, the response changed to saying they "so we can't open the hood?"They refused to fix the damage and even threatened to remove me from the property for trespassing instead of trying to resolve the issue. They also refused to provide any video proof showing when they opened my hood.Thankfully, I had my own camera footage and was able to see a mechanic pushing something back into place, which raises even more questions. Their own before pictures don't show the damage being present before the work was done, and the difference between their photos and how my car looked afterward is clear.I know my car was not like this before I brought it in. I wouldn't waste my time making a complaint over something I knew was already there. All I wanted was for them to take responsibility and fix what happened. They also brought up unrelated information about body shops and clips, but that doesn't change the fact that before I went there, my hood opened normally without anything popping out. After getting my car back, it no longer does.At the end of the day, I just wanted honest service and for the issue to be handled properly. Unfortunately, that's not what happened.

The service was great, even though I had scheduled the appointment for the wrong sized tire, the associate helped me choose the right one, one thing I could point out is that the service took a bit longer than expected but I have no complaints as when I checked my trunk all my tools were completely organized in all the spot they should go including the spare tire, the organization was neat and they even cleaned a bit off the trunk and I had a MESS, a crazy mess haha! I reached out to several mechanics in my area, got quotes and ultimately choose Anthony because he was friendly on the phone and said he could complete the job the next day. I had purchased all the parts online and he said he would be there at 9am the next day. The next day, we texted back and forth and he eventually showed up at 3pm. He completed the job, except for needing to switch out the control arm bushings, which he said needed to be done in a shop and would only take a few minutes. I gave him the parts and he said he would be back tomorrow morning. That was six days ago. Every day since then I have received messages saying he would be arriving that day at a set time, only to have no one show up. After several days of this, I offered to drive to him so the repairs could be made. He said great, but would never send me an address. I've tried calling but now most of my calls go to voicemail. The part he took was several hundred dollars and I'm not sure if I'll ever get it back. If Anthony is reading this, I'll be happy to update this to a five star review if you can either complete the job, or give me the part back so I can find someone else that can complete the job.
