The girl didn't wash my hair well at all, the whole area around my head was still dry when she finished so I had to ask her to actually wash my hair again then she didn't rinse the soap out. I had to ask two more times to rinse it because I could touch my hair and bubbles were all over my fingers. Then she was the slowest/worst ever at blow drying. I only had an hour break and tried to help her because it was literally barely dry and she hadn't styled it at after an hour. They wouldn't let me help and I had to leave with half dry/frizzy/itchy unrinsed hair. Then they argued with me at the front about how the girl who did my hair is the best and is never usually slow like wth?! I've never gone back, this place should be shut down.

She is extremely professional and the space is clean, and free of clutter. I've gotten a facial from here as well and it was heavenly. She explained each step of the process. I think the things I appreciate most about Triple Threat is that Lindsey DOES NOT UPSELL. She doesn't push and prod into expensive products, or more services. If I have questions or needs she is certainly standing at the ready with her immense knowledge of skin care, don't get me wrong, but I like that I don't feel "sold" when I leave.
