She was meticulous in listening to my needs/wants, discussing options and making recommendations. I love my lashes. This is only my second time to get lashes and the first set I had did not work for me (not done at Lash and Glow). Char listened to "my version" of the issue (I'm not a professional, and I place no blame on the person who did them the first time... I have weird oil issues with my nail beds, I sleep like a maniac, etc. SO no telling why I had issues...) Needless to say, my lashes look great. I haven't had any problems. Haven't lost a single one. The downside of coming here is that the manager guy is not very friendly and was definitely trying to sneak some charges in. I had my natural nails that needed to be filed with a dip change. There were no nail extensions, extra shaping, or anything other than the flower design on my ring finger that I asked for, but as you can see on the receipt, I was charged for these items. Without a manicure, I was expecting to pay maybe $50 for the dip color - $60 with the design. At my other salon they always tell me it will be extra and I give them the okay, but the point is they are transparent. This guy just rang me up without showing me the charges and I didn't see they charged me $80 until after I asked for my receipt. Maybe I'm off here, but just posting this to help other people understand the charges if you choose a design!

The technicians here have no idea what they're doing. Your eyes should NEVER burn during a lash appointment! I ended up coming here temporarily while my regular technician was away, and every single visit left my eyes red, burning, and in pain. After my first technician caused severe irritation, I switched to another--only to experience the same horrible results. My eyes were so red and painful that I couldn't even open them properly, let alone drive after my appointments. When I brought up my concerns with the front desk, they had the audacity to tell me that I was simply "not a good candidate for lash extensions." That's completely false--I've been getting them for years with no issues at reputable salons. I even overheard them telling the same excuse to a teenager during my first visit. This place has no business offering lash services. When done correctly, extensions should never cause burning, redness, or pain. If you experience this, RUN. I decided to get Lashes and I was referred here from Colleyville Moms. My first full set hurt my eyes to blink into sleep. The lashes were glued to my skin and not onto my actual lash like it should be. I went one more time to see if the experience would be different. However, it was exactly the same but this time my lashes were clumped and they hurt so bad I went and tried to separate him, and as they separated, they came off in clumps, and you know how your lashes look when you don't have proper lashing lashes should be done as fans and not on top of each other. My lashes are ruined because of this and I am having to put lash serum back on. I think they need more training on how to place the Lashes they should not be touching the skin at all.
