I highly recommend Shawn. I called around and he had the fairest prices. We needed a van to take 8 of us the airport on an early Saturday morning. He showed up early and waited patiently until our scheduled time. Van was clean and had plenty of room for us and our luggage He was super cheerful and polite. Back in December 2019, our original shuttle reservation with Super Shuttle was cancelled at 4 am - 1 Hour before our scheduled reservation pick up time, and 3 hours before our flight. I was panicking because I wasn't sure I can find a shuttle service company who can pick up 6 passengers + luggage at the last minute and was open at 4 am. I found On Time Shuttle Ride on Yelp, tried my luck and contacted them. It must have been fate because Shawn picked up the phone, and we were able to schedule a pickup service. I rarely Yelp and really have to be highly impressed or extremely pissed off to take the time to do so. Well in this case I am VERY HIGHLY IMPRESSED with On Time Shuttle and in particular Shawn! I had selected them based on the Yelp reviews and Shawn once again came through like a big time rock star! He quickly responded to my email request with a call to me and we arranged everything right away, including my pick-up the following week. We had everything coordinated for pick-up and then due to last second flight changes I called Shawn with little notice to inform him that our flight was now going to leave earlier and we needed to get to the airport an hour earlier. He quickly adjusted to this request and came early and got us to the airport in plenty of time. We then had unexpected problems with our flight and were not able to leave as expected. We then needed to travel once again the following day...no worries as I contacted Shawn and he was able to adjust and pick us up the following evening. Definitely a true life saver! Finally when it came to our return trip home and pick up at SAN, he was very much on top of our travel delays and was met us right after we picked up our luggage from baggage claim.
