Really, really disappointed in On Time Signs. They have made my kids sports team banners for the past few years and have done a good job.... until now. 3 weeks ago I sent an email inquiring to have a banner made for my sons soccer team. Long story short.... I am 3 weeks, 1 email (that they ignored), and 5 phone calls in and no banner. I nicely told them I could go somewhere else if they can't accomodate my need, but they said NO, they can do it. I told them the date I needed it by, which at this point was 9 days away. They ASSURED me I would have it and not to go elsewhere. That I would have a proof in the next day or two. Nothing. I called again 2 days before I needed it and was told they would check on it and get right back to me. Nothing. Now today, the day I need it, I have called 3 times and the phone goes to a voicemail box that's full. 3 weeks later.... no team banner. :( The kids are going to be so sad. This place is probably the best sign company out there. I used to go to other companies to get my sign made for my business. They would be extremely costly. I found Mark and Dan several months ago and started doing signs through them. The reason why I waited to write this review was I have been to several sign companies where their initial cost are low and when you get comfortable the prices increase. Not with these guys. I had a last minute marketing event where I need 2 banners made. I called Mark and told him the situation. He was on his way to Vegas for his own business and he know how important these banners were for me. He called one of his contacts and in 3 hours I had my banners made and ready to use . Usually for an express service I would have to pay extra but Mark and Dan both took care of it very fast and professionally for their rate.
