I dropped off my wife's Lectric bike to try to fix a problem with it turning off after brief rides. Matt worked trying to solve the mystery, and it took a while but, he finally narrowed it to a motor problem. He was able to get Lectric to replace the motor even though it was out of warranty. They also sent the entire wheel, tire, and motor . The cost to us was way too reasonable for all they did. Thanks Matt. read more

This is where I come anytime my bike has an issue. They always fix the problem and make the repair without trying to upsell or convince me I need something else done. I came in with a broken part recently, and rather than trying to sell me new components at a high price they were able to fix what I had on the spot with no wait. It's just such a well run business. Absolutely splendid professional service and amazingly they have stock on bicycles. Serious demeanor reflects true respect for their craft and to treating customers as royalty. Just brought my Trek Domaine 5.2 to be serviced as it was making some grinding sounds of late. I was met at the door by a man named Dave who listened and wrote down some of my issues on a pad. He measured my chain and said it was worn and have to be replaced. From there he inspected the cassette and drive train. He suggested a tune up and said he would have the bike ready by the next day. Last night I received a call from the shop and they said my bike was ready. When I picked the bike up this morning I almost couldn't recognize it. It was spotless. Even looked like it was completely waxed. The gentleman who brought the bike to me explained all the work done. I can't wait to hop on it and give it a test ride but it is raining today and more on the way tomorrow. I did run it through the gears when I got home and it seemed better than new. Can't thank the shop enough as they did a fantastic job and did the work quickly. The price was very fair as well. read more
