No a/c- defogger-blower no air flow, also no front or rear working wipers and the power mirrors stopped working. AAA came to my residence and Mike ran diagnostic testing while working on my driveway floor. After removing trim panels and checking every fuse box,and switch inside and outside of the car, he found the problem and ordered the part. Once the part was received it was installed and everything was reassembled. While there he also changed my oil and filter. The repair cost was reasonable compared to the labor time it took to find and resolve the problem, remove all the needed trim panels and reassemble all the parts in a very professional manner. AAA is now my go to Auto repair service center

Called him to come do what I thought was a simple battery swap, it turned out to be a little more problematic than that (typical Chrysler) but Mike kept me informed every step of the way and didn't just throw parts at the problem to see if that worked he took his time to get to the root of the problem on our Jeep Grand Cherokee, the best part is he does this all from where ever you are so I was able to keep working while he worked on our Jeep. Way cheaper than going to any dealer and such a better value as you get to talk to the mechanic working on your car so you stay informed every step of the way you aren't just guessing if they are working on it they are working on it. He was professional, explained everything and allowed me to watch what he was doing. It was so nice to have someone come to my house and not have to drop the car off or wait in a waiting room for hours. The job took him about an hour and a half and cost just over $200. It would have taken me half a day, if I was lucky and I would have had to rent gauges, vacuum and buy freon. We have been coming to this shop exclusively for a couple of years now…read more They have always been fair and honest with their repairs and recomendations. We have had work done on all of our family cars here. Air conditioner repairs, brakes, oil changes, radiator, purchased tires, and most recently had a flat repaired. We appreciated them letting us know it was a small leak and not advising us that we needed a whole new tire. My daughters radiator repair was minimal too, when the other shop she went to recommended major repairs. We trust and value having this location in our community.
