I waited more than 7 days to give them the benefit of the doubt and my bank time for any hold to be reconciled. After the charges were confirmed by my bank I went by the store in hopes of speaking to the owner as i refuse to speak with anyone who is rude to me a second time but they were conveniently never in. Finally, I called hoping to reach them by phone and the rude cashier answered and told me he did not see any transactions for that day and basically didn't care. I even told him that I didn't want to file a dispute and wanted to give them the opportunity to rectify this, his response was go ahead and have your bank dispute the charges and refund you. So guess what, i will be disputing the charges, receiving my refund and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This store is over priced and has a limited selection; it's only positive is convenient location to think customers will continue to endure poor customer service is a joke that won't end well...

It feels sketchy and it's not a good place to hang out at night. It's open pretty late though if you actually are in need of something. This has the basic liquors that are popular with the locals in this neighborhood, the good stuff. Has a lot of the small bottles. The kind you see on the sidewalk. Hennessy of course along with other well known liquors. The prices are pretty average if a bit higher than some other places. Has a pretty okay selection for a small store around here.
