Basing my review specifically on customer service. I walked in, got no greeting from two teenage girls in the front. Walked towards back of the store where another employee walked right past me when i said excuse me. Finally, when i went to check out. The two teenage girls hesitated to check us out despite me standing at the register. Luckily an employee (I think her name was roxy) came to the rescue and saved our experience. This store is overcrowded with what I would consider not-great items... and extremely disorganized. Perhaps I'm just too picky? I tend to like boutique style clothing, but find many nice things at Janie and Jack, Zara, H&M, Old Navy and Gap-often on clearance cheaper than this store LOL! It seems like most of the clothes sold here are Carter's and other cheaper brand clothing with a few sprinkled Gymboree and J&J. As for consignment, I will never bring items in again-I would rather donate to a charity for the prices they offer. I brought all of the leftover brand new items from my baby shower including an ergo baby, Boba wrap, Moby wrap, and quite a few other miscellaneous items. The only three items they were interested-again all brand new unopened: a backseat mirror($20), a 4 count box of Aden and Anais muslin swaddles ($40), and a pack and play foldable/portable mattress with a carrying case ($50).....They offered me $6.75 for all three items... I wasn't looking for a fortune LOL I would've even taken 20 bucks for the three but $6.75 was a sad joke! I WILL compliment the staff at this location though-very nice and helpful. I only stumbled onto OUAC a couple of days ago in Roseville, on my way to Trader Joe's. I decided to come to this one because the Roseville staff were extremely rude and not helpful even though I explained that it was my first time in shopping there, and I had no idea what the store was or how it operated. Once I realized what it was I thought of all of my unopened shower gifts, and remembered seeing this one on Greenback, So I thought I'd give it a try. I recently went in to sell my daughters 9-12 month clothes/shoes which were all in great condition. They only took the shoes that still had the tags on them and left with $7. There was an older blonde lady that was rude to me as soon as I walked in. Not to mention I didn't even know who to ask or where to ask because everyone was all over the place not even acknowledging anyone that was standing there. There were so many staff that were behind the counter eating and talking extremely loud. I even saw one gentleman who clearly did not work there hanging out with someone on her break. Unprofessional in my opinion. Then the lady who rung me up for my cash out was eating at the same time. Not only is their customer service bad, they are rude about how you present your clothing for sale. The "We don't have time to do your job for you" quote by the older lady was rude also. Save your time and just Facebook Marketplace your stuff. I've made way more money on there than I will ever here. read more

If I could give this place no stars I definitely would. I saw the listing of a lightning McQueen power wheels on Facebook and immediately called @ 4:13 to be exact. Don't recall who I spoke to but I asked if it was still available and she said yes. And I said I'll be there soon to pick it up. She said okay! I got to the store in less than 10 minutes waited in line because I didn't want to be rude and cut everyone off. By the time it was my turn to be helped by a cashier I over heard them talking and one cashier asked the other " did she purchase the car " and the one responded " yes" and when she called us next. I was furious!!! And stated that was the reason I came that I had called beforehand to make sure I wasn't going to waste my time driving over for an item that wasn't available. What I'm disappointed about the most is the lack of communication between employees. The employee who took my cal should had relayed the message about me coming to pick up the item. We were never once mentioned that they couldn't hold it for us. So I have no clue as to why why didn't communicate with her other employers to make sure they wouldn't of sold it. read more

I was interested in selling some baby boy clothing to this location, since it is where I most frequent. I called on Saturday, August 22nd at around 7:30pm to double check how they wanted the clothing for a drop-off. This is where my problem begins. I was told to pin outfits together, which I did. To make it easier, I also placed everything flat in bins by size. There were quite a few things that had been purchased over the past six months that were brand new and had never been worn by my son, so I was expecting at least those items to go. I also had a Bumbo chair to get rid of that had been purchased well after the recall, so the straps that are attached are factory installed. Needless to say, after going back up there to see what they would take and what the wouldn't, I was informed by whom I believe to be the owner/manager, that all of my clothing was too out of date and/or too stained for them to take (I have purchased items there with small stains, torn hems, and general wear and tear. I also purchased a Minnie Mouse shirt from the '90s for my daughter. Talk about dated!). I was also informed that all of the items that were pinned together would not be accepted because of holes. Well, I stated that I spoke with an employee, and that I was told to do that. When the manager asked me who I had spoken with, I told her I couldn't remember her name. That was when the manager rolled her eyes at me and said "well..." and shrugged her shoulders. I then told her that the person I spoke with was working at around 7:30pm on Saturday night, since that was when I called! They also said that they couldn't take the Bumbo because it was recalled. I said that we purchased it with the strips attached by the factory from Target after the recall. The manager then looked at me and shrugged her shoulders again, and said "oh well..." I have to say that the people working there, especially in a management/ownership capacity are extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful of their clientele. They didn't even have the decency to wait until I had removed my things from the store before they started talking about me. I had politely informed them that I would no longer be shopping at their location, and handed back my half-filled rewards card. I have two children that are growing like weeds, and I would love to save money on their clothing, but never again will I shop at such a horribly run establishment. read more

I'm actually really shocked with how much this place has turned around but in a not so good way. I have had great service until the last time I sold with them. There was probably 6 ladies working when I went in to get my items I dropped off and they talked about pedicures and how one of the ladies had really disgusting nails. Talking in slang and being very loud about their personal life. I was just trying to get in and out that I didn't realize until I left that they gave me $12 for 17 items. And when I got back home all of them stuff was thrown back in my bags like trash. I try hard to wash and fold and organize my items before going in to sell them. I still feel a little taken advantage of. I remember this store having more than 2.5 stars on here. I wonder what happened and I hope it turns around. read more

Went there with a couple boxes of barely worn clothes, bassinet, toys, etc. They told me they'd look through it and let me know shortly what they'd like to buy. I walked around the store with my 9 month old boy, who was getting increasing cranky. After almost an hour, I sat with him by the play area (wouldn't let him in there - it was disgustingly dirty). The employees kept walking past, not even looking at me or my annoyed child. After an hour and a half, I get up to ask if they're done and they tell me they've been done, and they want to buy 1 outfit and the bassinet. I asked them why they didn't let me know they had been done for some time, and they acted like I was crazy. I left pissed, and I will never go there again. I came here with 4 bags of baby clothes. My son's clothes were from the gap, old navy and gymboree. I had different sizes from newborns to 12 months old... There were some clothes with tags... I had to leave my bags there for 45 mins while they went thru it and I came back. They said they couldnt offer me any money due to it was the same thing over and over again. The yelp page says this business is "ultra high end" HA! it a mo-fuuuu thrift store! Yeppy bleeps calm the eff down, you are buying second hand clothing for your little ones. I came in to this place to sell some of my 1 year olds clothes, the customer service was OK nothing outstanding! I mean the girls there look like they may actually hate children and most definitely their jobs. So, They request you bring clothes to sell in a container. done. When I went to pick up my items after they sorted through by them, they said I had a ton of good stuff, but they would like me to pair outfits together; as in carters with carters, Calvin Klein with Calvin Klein etc... Really? It was hard enough putting them in a box without my toddler taking them out. One star bc I can't give them negative stars for being "ultra high maintenance" I decided to donate a TON of clothes to Sierra Moms a local organization for needy families. To be fair I don't know what the re-sale prices are for their items, based on other reviews I've read they are unreasonable. Which I actually am not surprised. This location is the worst in the Sacramento area. In my most recent experience, I came to trade clothes and a jumper. I asked them if they would take the jumper (because I know sometimes they are overstocked) and the staff replied yes. I called a few hours after dropping off the items to ask what the total was. (I waited on hold for 14 minutes then the phone disconnected) I called back and she informed me they were not taking the jumper because they were full. I reminded them that I asked before bringing the jumper into the store. So the associate told me she would take it since I was told that when I initially brought it in. I arrive at the store to get the cash and declined items and they decided (again) they would not take the jumper because there were some stains and it needed to be washed. The jumper is cleaner than when I purchased it from them. It's always bs when going into this location. I will not shop or sell items here. I highly recommend visiting another location. read more

Great store, great clothes for cheap. It's a big step up from a thrift store in that the clothes are always in very good shape and organized incredibly well...it's worth two bucks more than thrift store prices because I'm in and out of there with really decent stuff. There are lots of reviews on here where people aren't happy about not being greeted when you come in, no one asking you for help, long wait times when selling clothes and their high quality demands on those clothes they buy from you. Really people, it's a second hand store, you're not the queen of England and in all the years I've been coming here I've never been treated rudely. I've been asked if I needed help, not every time but this place gets busy. If you want to buy nice clothes here, they won't be accepting crappy ones, see how that works? All I ask from any store is that they don't make me feel uncomfortable/treated rudely and that's NEVER happened here. Some of you folks wouldn't be happy if a place put a red carpet and catered lunch for you... This is an excellent place to try first when looking for quality 2nd hand clothing for your kids before paying $$$$$ at retailer. read more

I dislike this store more and more each time I go in. The last time was the worst experience. One cashier by the name of Lisa was completely incompetent yet thought she was in the right the entire time. She did not understand simple purchases and exchange. I walked in with an exchange and instead of giving me the exact amount I paid she give me a "discounted" credit.???? She took 20% of my money that was suppose to be credited back to me. This place lacks proper training. The owner came over to help with the transaction but yet No apology. Not to mention, they all acted like I was inconveniencing them by pointing out their mistake. Took at least 30 mins to correct a simple mistake!!! I now know why there was a sign on their door that the store was for sale. Terrible customer service! My wife is a few weeks pregnant and is currently suffering from nausea and morning sickness. So I went shopping around for a specific product that she desperately wanted, and after driving around to 4 advertised stores, no one had any in stock. My final stop was this location, Once Upon A Child, off Sunrise and Greenback. I called them in advance and asked if they had the product in stock, to which they confirmed. I asked for their location and hoped they understood that I would visit. By the time I arrived, it was apparently 3 minutes before closing. As soon as I walked in the staff told me "Sorry but we're actually closed". I asked what time they closed and she said 7:00 pm; mind you, it was only 6:57 pm, but they flipped the lights off. Sure, I could've asked when I called, but if they had logic, they would simply tell me when I called initially! I was really hoping I could purchase that one small product, but apparently they don't welcome customers, nor did they care to ask. Overall, just a bad experience. I will never return as a customer, nor will any of my friends or family. read more

Okay first thing I want to mention, was 4 employees were not wearing a mask during my visit. On their door they do a nice coverup of "Mask Required" signage. I walked in with two large reusable bags and I'm standing in the entrance for a good minute before an employee who's in the ground going through an actual drop off greets me, the other two behind the counter who didn't seem busy at all didn't even acknowledge me. I tell the employee (this one was actually wearing a mask) I have a drop off, she gets up and tells me where to put my items, has me sign in and let's me know it'll be about an hour. Honestly I'm used to that time frame with any OUAC. I come back almost exactly 1 hour later, once again stand in the doorway awkwardly before I am greeted, this is when I see 4 employees inside not wearing masks at all. The employee asks me how can she help, I say I had a drop off. She goes "ok...?" I tell her my name and she starts looking around. I point out my bin and she says "oh is this your stuff? It hasn't been entered in yet." They hadn't even started on my items at all. She says "yeah it's going to be about 30-45 minutes." The employees were standing around talking amongst each other, not engaging with who walks through the door or looking through the bags and bags of items of buys. I have seen the owner twice. The staff puts in a really nice show on FB and IG but the energy is so uninviting inside the establishment. I have been in customer service for 15 years and my expectations are high. If I see a customer, they are immediately greeted. These folks act like they all rather have somewhere else to be. When it's my time to finally be rung out I see I get 90% of my items back. I shop here more than I sell. They rarely take my items. I know not to bring in overly used or stained items. But many times when I am shopping for my own kids, I find really high end brands with stains on them. They are very picky. They offer you the bare minimum and charge high for items that are faded, stained, or overly worn just because if the brand name. This isn't my first experience with this location and OUAC in general. I have been to 5 of their locations. I'm finally done with their poor customer service, over priced items and low offer buys. read more

Good selection of different brands. However, the pricing is off. Some more expensive name brands were cheaper than target brand. On the other hand some expensive brands were just too overpriced for being used. Some price points I can find at old navy or target brand new on their clearance rack. The employees don't go out of their way to help but are nice still. I always find something and following them on Facebook alerts me to even better deals and sales. It is what it is - used baby stuff at a discounted price. The staff is always hauling ass to tag clothes and ring up customers, but they aren't all that friendly. Whatever, I'm not their to be wooed. The store is kinda icky, though. The lighting is awful and there is too much crammed in to too little space. You can almost guarantee that there will be someone in there with a kid that they are not watching and he will be throwing stuff around for you trip on or screaming or anything else that will make your shopping trip just a little more unpleasant. Don't go in with a stroller- there is no room and you will regret it. Don't expect thrift store prices or a pleasant shopping experience. Don't expect to get much for any clothes you bring in. This place is a step above a flea market or garage sale. At least the clothing is organized in to sizes. I kind of like chaotic shopping and I love a bargain, so I can kill some time in here. I wont bring my kids with me, though. If you want to save some sanity, drive to Kids Trading Post (clean, friendly, pleasant) in Folsom. read more

Once Upon a Child in Citrus Heights is miles above Roseville in these ways: 1. They actually make some sort of an effort to decorate their store in a cute way. They set up the cribs with bedding sets and put stuffed animals and such in the crib. It makes it a lot more appealing than Roseville's approach of a crib just tossed on the floor with a price tag. 2. A much nicer kept selection of clothes. Everything was very helpfully organized in to sizes and types of clothes, like onesies, dresses, coats, jeans, shorts, etc. Roseville is a big clusterfuck of baby and toddler clothes placed wherever they land. 3. A much better selection of shoes and toys. Actually organized by size. Who would have thought organizing things by size would be a good idea? It's novel, really. 4. A staff that was friendly. Not too friendly, and not bitchy. My kind of staff. Plus they were very helpful in finding a Raz-Berry teether for my daughter. And adorable hair bows at the counter. Awesome. 5. I can walk around the store without having to step and jump over crap that the rude Roseville moms drop and are too lazy/entitled to pick up. Or maybe they can't see they dropped something over their implants. Not sure. Probably a mix of "It's someone else's job to do that" and "My implants are so big I'm not even sure which pair of Manolo's I have on". Maybe it's because it's Citrus Heights and not Roseville, but these bitches are working hard for their money. Not Roseville which has the approach of "Well, we've got the store here, and you've got the money, so just buy some shit and leave" read more

I like to check here before paying full price anywhere else. When my daughter started dance I lucked out and got leotards, skirts, ballet shoes all for a fraction of the price of new. Halloween costumes, shoes, special occasion dresses are also things I tend to look for here. I typically find what I'm looking for. They always have a good selection & I appreciate that things are sorted by size. Thrift stores are a nice option for cheap kids clothes but it takes digging & luck to find what you need; I don't mind paying a little more here for the convenience factor of knowing where things are. read more

I have been to multiple Once Upon A Child locations in a few states (we move and travel a lot). I was SUPER impressed with this location. Clean, organized and good prices, most of the clothes are new or barely warn. Yes, this is not a "Ultra high end" store, as the other reviewer is complaining about. It is a second hand store for children's clothing and toys. They do buy lightly used clothes, shoes and toys- I have never tried to do that at any location, so I can't speak on what they take or how much they pay you for it. Regardless of that, buying clothes for baby/ toddlers can be really expensive since they only really use it a few months to a year. I have found some really great toys, cool shirts and name brands clothes, often with the original tag still on it! I really don't know how someone can complain about this store not buying your used stuff. You are lucky this kind of store is in the area... try selling your crap at a yard sell and get "fair prices"! Do you really buy baby clothes thinking I will get half or more of what I'm paying back after a kid or two wears it? Seriously, get over yourself. and I love the new electronic reward program! so much easier then caring a stamped card. read more

We were in the neighborhood when my wife noticed Once Upon a Child. We weren't looking to "deal baby clothes"we were just looking at some of the prices for the used baby crap. Lots of pregnant women looking for deals. They also give great free advice. We're new. It's a learning experience. They had some cool cribs though. For some reason I just don't want to shell out a couple hundred bucks for a used crib. New baby, new crib...right? The used ones they had on display were pretty nice, though. They also had quite a few strollers on display. All kinds of strollers! They had several gigantic ones for twins. For some reason I don't wanna put my kid in a used stroller. There's probably baby shit DNA on there. Welcome to the world, son...and your fecal tainted stroller! For stuff like that we're going new. But they also had some fun baby toys. Cheap stuff your baby will get a kick out of. They also had a great selection of baby clothes. I liked the Oakland Athletics outfit. Kelly green and gold. I think they call it a "onesie". It also came with an A's jacket. Ony $5. Hopefully in a few years we'll all be playing Billy Ball. read more

Honestly for shopping it's great for the prices. But when you go in to sell they are overly rude to you. I called ahead of time with descriptions of the titans and they said they were perfectly fine. I also had many items I purchased from them before my little one was born and he never wore them. Took them back there to try and get some of my money back, made sure they were washed, and made sure they were perfectly ready to go. They took maybe 5 things out of the 30 that I brought with excuse after excuse on how because they were under 12 months they can't take onesies. Except they just had taken multiple items of the same sort from the lady in front of me and those items were dirtier than mine were. I also brought in a swing, bouncer, and sit me up chair I bought from them that my boy never got the chance to use since he got so big so fast. Same exact condition as how I bought it but they turned away every single item. So out of the 35-40 items I brought in they took and accepted maybe 5. Don't waste your time trying to bring things in. There's no point and it's an entire waste of time. Could have spent the hour out of my day doing so many better things. read more

This is the busiest Once Upon a Child I have been too (I have been to several). It tends to frequently be a mess & it is hard to walk around this store. I have horrible luck finding boys shoes @ this location, but I can't fault the store since thrift is hit or miss. What I like: I ALWAYS find clothing I like for my son. AND I ALWAYS like the price! They are great about buying what I sell & the staff is decent to the public (they are always swamped) so it's kind of hard to judge. read more

Sooo reading all the reviews I was apprehensive and pretty freaked out taking a bunch of stuff here To get traded for cash. I have been bad about throwing out clothes so I had quite a few things Collected over 5 years it's so hard getting rid of baby clothes! So after much to not be expected I at least had extremely low expectations. I arrived right when they opened and everyone I greeted was really helpful and nice told me to come back In an hour, after I walked in all my things had been looked over and they picked out what could be sold I was pretty shocked they only took about 50 things I was kind of confused on why they didn't accept some of the clothing but I will probably try to resell myself or donate to my local thrift But they gave me a pretty good deal for the things they took. I'm happy with their friendliness and overall pretty good experience. I can't wait to come back and shop here! Not at all what I expected from all the terrible reviews. I'm torn between giving them one and two stars. I think the two stars wins out ONLY because they have great prices on baby items and their sales are too good not to shop here. BUT, I will NEVER return to this location!! When Covid started, the owners closed shop, and then slightly reopened with super modified hours. They continued to try and sell things and posting on fb. There was something I really really could have used (reaches out to the owner) and was willing to pick up the same day they posted it, but couldn't get off work and be there until 6. So I asked if that was doable and they completely shut me down and said they close at 5... I get that you can't always modify your business hours, but these are weird times and when you're the owner of a store, you can do what you want, including having the willingness to stick around for a customer who's an essential worker who needs clothes for their child and has a limited time frame to shop or pick things up without their child! Anyways, I left it as that I wouldn't shop there again... but I always give things a second chance... so I decided to try and sell some baby items there. Sounded great! What little did I know though... their offer of "sell you stuff for cash" is 100% true. But what they DON'T tell you, until you have arrived and unloaded all your huge child equipment items, is that you have to sign in, leave you stuff in the way of everyone, and then wait at least two hours because they are backed up, AND you have to return the same day to pick up anything they decide they won't buy from you. All while being super rude! I enter solo, there were five ladies working behind the counter. After they finally acknowledged me, I told them I had some baby equipment for sale. One girl spoke up and said "yeah, bring it in". I asked if there were certain items they didn't take so I wasn't bringing in anything unnecessary. Everything I had was great: walker, bouncer, push walker, toys, and a swing. After the first batch, one of the girls said "oh, you need to put your stuff over here". After moving it, she then proceeded to tell me I had to set everything up because they weren't liable if it breaks before they buy it. Totally understood, but I literally had a 5x5 space to put things in and the bouncer and swing alone exceeded that space! I continued to lug in and set things up. Once I got everything in, that's when they FINALLY told me "fill out this sheet, it's going to be a couple of hours before we address the items"... umm... ok... I don't really have that time to leave my child, guess I'll have to go back home and come back (I live 25 min away!) but I already had everything in and I wasn't about to lug it all back out. Since I'm smart, I also listed what I had on the backside of the paper (which after the lady who sent me on my way did so, another yelled at her, did you get all her stuff written down??) I told her I did it (I didn't want my stuff to be deemed someone else's). I asked if they would call when things were ready and they said "No, we don't make phone calls, but you have to be back before 5 to pick up!"... if I had known all this info up front, I would NOT have brought it in the sell!! Also, I've worked in the customer service field and I know it can be rough sometimes, but never have I had a good customer service experience while being in this store! So after I leave and return, they opted not to take my swing because it needed to be washed (ok, whatev) and then gave me $36.00 for my stuff... like seriously??? I didn't expect much, but I kind of expect at least 45-50! Two of my items were baby Einstein items which I know sell new for 4 times what I got for the lot!! But ok, lesson learned, NEVER sell with them! It's just as much effort, if not less to sell your items on Facebook!! After all that and I proceed to leave with the items they didn't take, they all said they didn't take the plushies I brought in (2 stuffed animals in the bag of toys I had) which I understood, but then found out the entire bag of toys wasn't touched so they obviously didn't look at anything in the bag! Probably for the best since I probably would have only received a few cents for them. Super irritating to waste my day for this awful experience when I just wanted to make some extra money back to spend it all on my baby girl again! And after writing this, decided two stars is too generous! They lack customer service, they lack the understanding of being a mom, they lack everything except good prices! (And I also found it funny that they wouldn't take my swing that was barely dirty, but they will take grimy toys that I won't even let my child touch before I thoroughly scrub and sterilize!) read more

This place deserves two separate reviews. As a buyer, I've always had good experiences. I've gotten formal wear that I knew my kid would only wear once, and stocked up on some wardrobe items for relatively cheap. However, as a seller I was extremely disappointed. I brought in a huge box full of good quality stuff, including a $120 carrier with original box. They gave me $35 for the entire lot and it was final so I couldn't get it back. I realize they need to make a profit, but I expected at least double that for the hundreds of dollars worth of stuff I brought. Very upsetting. read more

The way they run things in this location is nothing compared to the other one. As you walk on your aren't even acknowledge by the staff. This store deserves a 5 star rating due to the top-notch customer service I received while shopping there. I was fortunate to have been referred to the store by a couple of my friends and was so happy that I listened. As we all know, referrals are like gold doubloons to any business, large or small. The minute I entered the store I was greeted by the young ladies even though they were busy and the store was very clean and inviting. I had a list of Christmas items to buy for my grandchildren and also gifts for 2 upcoming baby showers. I was at a total loss once I saw the wonderful selection of clothing, shoes, i.e. and abundance of colorful play items. As I felt a bit overwhelmed, it was not long before one of the employees came over to offer her assistance and expertise. In the interim, the manager also came by to check and make sure I was pleased and instructed the employee to show me a few additional items she felt I might like. Together we were able to polish off the list in no time at all. This is the level of employee training every business vies to have. I give this place four stars because they have a ton of books, lots of pretty shoes and the clothes are organized according to size. I went there today. Inside is sort of crammed and dark-ish. The books are NOT as cheap as books you can find in thrift stores. I would come here maybe two more times just cause of the wonderful (expensive, not gonna buy them) books and the DVDs and videos. read more

My first time coming to this Once Upon A Child since my beloved Arden store is no longer there and I had clothing and toys to trade in. I walked right behind another lady who had a bag of things to trade and they took her stuff and told me that they put a sign out stating they weren't processing anymore today but they just took the lady in front of me who had more items. I drove out of my way about 30 mins and it was a complete waste of time. I'll go elsewhere with my sons things and it makes me miss the Arden store and their employees even more!! This particular store is a joke. The prices are way too high on MOST of the items. Also, the girls behind the counter talk about their personal lives constantly, while the manager is not there. I know a lot about their piercings and "boyfriends" now. And also how they determine prices. They basically just put what they want, and then talk about it amongst themselves and ask each other, do you think this is too much for this thing? So, it's obvious that there's no real system or standard when it comes to them BUYING stuff from us consumers. Come on! Hire adults, who care about their jobs, and about having happy customer AND making money. I won't be back. read more

LOVE the girls over at this location! I live in Rocklin, and I drive across town just to do business with them! VERY fair, and totally helpful! I've had staff help me to my car, unload, load..and everything in-between! By far, the best value for trade-in around town! I will always trade/buy with these owners! Very friendly, and helpful! Horrible customer service and " quoted " wait time. I called this morning around 10 I was told wait time was 20-25 min. No problem. I get there at 10:30 and was told wait time is 45 minutes to an hour..again, no problem I understand times go up. Upon the 45 min mark, I checked back in to see where I was at I can't believe I was told oh we haven't even looked at it yet give us ANOTHER 45 minutes. At this point I saw 4 workers and no one even checking clothes? Mind you there wasn't anyone else waiting to have their items checked...& you can imagine trying to haul a 2 and 4 year old in and out waiting, is not realistic! Someone needs to get it together there or manage better read more

Honestly this place is not a place i will be going to anymore.... So ive sold a couple of things in the past. I recently tried to sell some shoes and i mean Michael kors twinkle toes shoes from old navy have i mean like 25 pairs they offered me 14 dollars.... Are you kidding?? So they can turn around and sell a pair of micheal kors for 14.50 seriously who are you people..... Not even the cheapest pair i bought cost more then that! At that price ill give them away for free since they are going to steal from people! read more

Don't expect a hello as you walk in the door & if you need help- good luck! However, if it's clothing deals you are seeking look no further. They are quite paticular as to the clothing they buy from people and everything I have bought is good quality. Having two children it helps to be able to supplement some fun clothing to be able to play in. If you have a newborn this is the place to go to get furniture, baby items & clothing. read more

I cannot support here anymore. I thought it was amazing to support shopping here. For those that need clothing or child items cheaper. I understand it's a business that should make some sort of profit. But when you bring in brand new items with tags on with over $30 dollars or in the box to "sell" back to them they only offer 10% of what it's worth! Like really? Brand new!!! I get it cheap clothing items for your little one but this place is suppose to help mothers in need? those $30 dollar items are marked for $20 but yet I only get 10% of it? Yeah okay I might as well just donate everything to goodwill. Also if you are wanting to sell to them always call first it seems they never have room for anything except for cloths ‍ they don't take in half the baby items people need even if they are brand new never opened ‍ I'll have better luck donating to goodwill with this stuff. Ever since I have not shopped and will not set foot here. I suggest everyone else to do so too. Idk if it's just this location or not but i will not set foot in one again ‍ read more
