They're Rude and don't fairly price! They only take New with tags to like new items then they basically pay you $1 per garment while they price it $3+ dollars. They kept 84 garments but paid $86 and change. The rest of the items they said were either old or had stains... I went back through the items and it wasn't that items were old or stained but the items were mostly the newborn or 3-6mos. Every items that was still tagged or new with no tag so tried on was all gone, granted some of the 3-6 mos clothing had tags but they kept those. Then they state you down make you feel pressured to hurry up and make a decision, oh and I wasn't allowed to look through the items before I made my decision. I'd rather have a yard sale and make 100% profit than to be rushed to pick up my deselected items for an unreasonable price and deal with their bad attitudes. SO MAMAS OUT THERE....IF YOU TAKE CLOTHING IN TAKE INVENTORY OF YOUR ITEMS AND SET A PRICE IN YOUR HEAD TO CAP ON!! Saw bed bugs crawling on the clothes and store is in complete chaos. Strong oder of feces lingering around the entire store with combative staff that dismissed the bed bug issue. Asked to speak with the manager after having only one teen girl checking out a huge line of people as other stuff were eating food on the floor and sorting clothes, never looked up from their phones once. overall, this place is a complete shithole that have disrespectful staff that seem to not care about our children's well being. read more

Sure there's some cheap clothes but selling clothes to them is a no go. I've done it 3 times last time was on 10/21/23 I took in a tote full with lots of clothes that still had tags figured I'd get a good amount back I only parted with a lot of the clothes because we really needed the extra money. But I was wrong, got the text an hour and half later to pick up and then pretty much emptied my tote stuffed their blue little bin made sure to take all the clothes with tags also and ONLY got back $32 almost $33 and said that's all they could offer. But of course because I really needed the extra money fast I took it I regret it now that I paid off my bill but they're a rip off because all that clothes and new items they took they'll double the price that they bought off me to resell in store read more

I brought in over 6 totes of boys clothes from newborn-9m all with little to no staining on them, 2 different boppy pillows, a walker and jumper and they took maybe a few things. The staff was very rude rolled their eyes the entire time. I do not recommend bringing your items to this store I got maybe $30 for over 12 items. I will never sell items to them or recommend anyone to go to this store specifically! read more

I've been here multiple times but today will be my last time. The staff was aloof, borderline rude and just acted like they were ready to go home. I came in at 3:30 with 1 item to sell for store credit and to purchase swim shorts for my grandson. The woman was unfriendly and told be "we close at 4:00" with an attitude. They refused my item, I still purchased the swim shorts but I'm done giving this place business. read more

While it wasn't busy at all, I still stood at the register for 10 minutes while 5 workers stood around behind the front desk. Two of them were on computers, and 3 were just talking and sipping on their drinks. They even asked me to please wait. Then they charged me $8.35 for "tax" instead of 8.35%. I went in selling slim skinny boy jeans. While I waited, I looked for the next size up, there were no skinny jeans. When I picked up my items I was told the same schpelle and that the items were not in style. I get it, I never get all my items sold. But these were all name brand jeans in great condition.Clearly this needs to be looked into. See if that needs to be added to your needs because that's what I needed and I didn't find anything. read more

I can't even begin to describe how dissapointed I am in the Fairview Heights location. I have always had great luck finding things at the store for my daughter, but I have tried multiple separate times to bring my daughter's old clothes in there to see if I could get some money for them. The very fist time I was told that the store was on a "buying freeze" due to too much stock and that only store credit was being offered. The girl informed me that I should call back later in the week to see if they were offering cash for the clothes yet. The next time, I called ahead and they said they were offering cash and to bring the items in and they would look at them. We loaded some tubs of clothes into the car and got there a few hours later after doing other errands and were told they were only offering store credit and whoever I talked to was wrong. This morning, I called less than ten minutes after the store opened and was informed that they were offering cash and that I should come in soon to have someone look at the items. My wife and daughter and I got ready, loaded the tubs in the car again and drove to Fairview Heights, only to be told yet again that the store was only offering store credit and they had already "bought all they were allowed to buy for the day" in the 25 minutes it took to get to the store. This store is an absolute joke. The employees need to all get on the same page as to whether or not the store is buying clothing or not before people waste their gas money to drive out there only to be told the exact opposite of whoever answered the phone said. I could understand if this was an isolated incident, but 3 times in a 2 week period? How many other people does this happen to? I think the idea of the store is a great business model and great idea, but the store is so poorly run I will never be back with any of mine or my friends' business at this loacation. read more

This is the best OUAC I've ever been to. The staff is excellent and they always send out great deals and offers. I signed up for emails and they send promos and upcoming events that are soon to come. I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family that they know exactly what they are doing! Love this store! read more
