Came with a pure white, like new baby swing to sell. Was told the first time they would take it but they wanted me to spot treat a stain. So, we did. Laundered the entire thing and brought it back with "all original parts", as stated on their website. The second time we brought it back, stood there and assembled it...the guy asks "Make sure it has the mobile which hangs from the top!" We don't have the measly mobile with the 3 star toys on it...oh, well! Now they won't take it because of the mobile. A perfectly good, like new swing but the mobile is missing so apparently no one can use the swing now? It's ridiculous because the place smells like cigarette smoke and heavy Febreze fragrance which is super unhealthy for a baby but at least they care about the mobile toy, I guess?! Even if you read their website and come prepared, it's a waste of time and effort. Just donate everything for free to Birthright or Guadalupe Hope Society! read more

We were loyal customers but we are not going back because of the rude behavior of the owner Nolan. As evident from other reviews this place sells has rude staff. We were in the store and our son took out shoes from the bin as he was playing around. We want to distract him and sat on the floor and started reading the book to him. I am so happy that this store is still doing well despite the pandemic we are in right now. I've seen some business owners close their shop because of COVID. I like supporting small businesses like this because it's a great store and you always can find something to leave with lol and I can always bring my gently used to new items there to sell and get something back. I would never suggest anybody going here to sew beautiful baby clothes. I brought three huge suitcases with everything folded accordingly. I do storage locker containers. I buy them. Sorry I had top quality clothes for babies matching outfits jackets and everything. The owner went through my stuff and kept over a dozen items and never told me about this so basically he's just ripping people off. Very disappointed. My items are always in excellent condition and in season. Mostly brands like O'Neil, Quicksilver and The Children's Place. However, the last time I went they offered me $16 for 21 pieces, or something close to that. I told them, "I can do better doing a garage sale". I refused their offer. Then I looked around because my child needed basketball shorts. I found 2 pair, each fur $5.50. Ridiculous. They were going to give me about 80 cents for a name brand excellent condition puffer vest, but sell random basketball shorts for $5.50. I won't go there again. I remember when, just a few years ago, consignment stores used to be a 50/50 agreement. The service was unapologetic about the low offer.. I'm sure it's just what they have been trained to do. This time they claimed to have looked at the 3 bags of clothes I brought minus one because it was "wet" I told them the clothes been in my trunk there's no way they're wet the man that was there with the two ladies at the time said maybe it might have just been cold but either way they couldn't accept them. The cleanest and friendliest store and employees! Great prices too. What some customers do not realize is what it takes to run a store, bring in merchandise, hire employees, and dealing with customers that are hard to deal with. Yes, you will be bummed if they offer you a lower price or denied your high end outfit with tags. All we do is donate those items to people we know or sell them on our own. Completely ridiculous. Their website says they except 66QTS bin two of those which equals to 132 We drive pretty far just to sell these clothes they wouldn't even except what they say. On the website it goes by what they want. I had I brought in 118 quarts. And I bought a small tiny plastic bag with three pairs of shoes they didn't want to except the shoes they turn down so much clothes they say it's wrong size or stained. I was in today around 12:30-1 o'clock, and was extremely upset by my visit. When we walked in they were rude and couldn't even greet us when we walked in the door. My mom and I had come here to buy a baby gate for her house, and the entire experience was so unbelievably disappointing. We wandered the store looking obviously confused, and nobody offered to help us or ask what we were looking for. Even worse, there was someone putting together a baby seat in the middle of the floor, obstructing everyone from getting through the aisles. Finally after we found our item, we took it to the counter where everyone was standing, only to be told "you can get rung up over there," in a rude and very short manner by the girl folding and sorting clothes. When we finally were rung up, the woman helping us was no better. She only cared about if we would get a membership, and when we said no she wanted us out of there as fast as possible. Lastly, while we were being rung up another girl behind the counter folding clothes said loud of enough for us to hear, "it's gonna be a long f*cking day" this is not a place i want my kids walking around if they're going to use language like that, and I don't want to be there if they're going to be this rude. This place is great, the actual store is organized and it is very easy to find sizes. The selection is huge of clothes, shoes, toys and baby items. I sold some clothes, I thought they would want to buy some more because they had signs that they wanted larger sizes for kids. Great place, went in to make some money and I ended up buying a car bed. I recently stopped in to sell some clothes. The lady (i think owner) was really helpful and had me drop my items off and return after work. The store itself is packed full yet really organized and clean with great prices. It makes me wonder why people spend so much money on baby items that they can get hugely discounted and basically brand new at this location. I was able to sell 24 pieces of my sons gently worn tops for a $22 credit. (Better than nothing) and used the credit towards some super cute sweaters I found in store. Offered me $29 for 25 items, LOL no thanks. About 6 of those 25 items were new two-piece/three-piece sets Carter's,H&M,Disney w/ tags. Decided it wasn't worth it so I asked if I can take the sets with tags back then the owner comes over and tells his employee to just cancel the whole thing. I said that's perfectly fine cancel it. That Nolan guy's energy was weird, he wasn't friendly to begin with so I was actually glad because he didn't deserve me giving him business. It took them about 25-30 minutes to look through my item. Which wasn't a big deal to me because I wanted to look around and see if I could find anything my kids needed. I didn't have the opportunity to shop from this store because while waiting for a quote. The employee was not very kid friendly.. The toys at the front counter attracted children. (Naturally!) Well the male employee was adamant that they not pick the toys up. He even told my son to put it down. Because they weren't for sell.. When my son attempted to ask me to buy it. So this caused me to be on pins and needle's while I chatted with another mom in the store. The store is very small and contains a lot of stuff so it's almost cluttered. Every move the kids made in the toy section, the stores employee quickly grabbed the out of place item. And placed it back in its correct place immediately. Preventing the children from cleaning up after themselves. It got to a point where I requested that they allowed the kids to pick up the misplaced items. Because every time they touched something, the employee quickly came behind them and put it back in place. It was really awkward!. So we collected the children and had them make sure everything was back in place and I headed to the front to check the board... And to my surprise the store to clerk gave me a quote for $5.43 for a brand new pair of $65 shoes. I declined and left. I'll try it again with a bin of jeans and without any children and see how that goes. Granted that I saw a lot of nice things in the store. But my first experience wasn't the best. Seriously? His excuse was the edges of the play pen were stained. Ummm theres not one stain on it.
