I feel like this is the kind of store David and Alexis Rose would have opened up in Schitt's Creek if he branched out into clothing, accessories, and home goods and I love it! My mom and I both purchased purses and identical wallets from this store. Unfortunately, when we got home we discovered the zippers on both wallets were defective. We went back the following weekend and the owner was apologetic and more than willing to offer a refund with a receipt or store credit. We both love the purses we purchased and have no issues but it was great knowing they stand behind their products. They also have some cute clothing - sweaters, dresses along with some decorative pillows and more. Their bulldog, Lovely was there the second time we went and she was so friendly and sweet. A hidden gem in Niles, 5 minutes from Fremont. There's lots of street parking available. The store is spacious and has many goods like plants, women's clothing, and natural items like soaps and more. My friend and I were exploring the area around 3:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon, during their end of summer sale. The store is beautiful that showcases a wide selection of women's clothing, especially dresses. They have a plant section in the corner, which is taken care of well and is restocked every Friday. The owners have been in the business for almost 3 years, and they are knowledgeable of Niles history. It was a treat and pleasure to explore this wonderful venue. read more

Someone wrote that this is a hidden gem in Niles and it really is! I met one of the owners, Rafael, who was incredibly nice (their bulldog is just the cutest shop pooch). They remind me of anthropologie and cost plus world market but better because they're local. In fact, I had a round Bolga basket in my Amazon check out. And then when I visited Heavenlynest, I saw one there in the size and color I wanted. And it was about the same price as Amazon (once shipping is included). So I happily purchased it at Heavenlynest and am looking forward to using it weekly at the Farmer's Market. Definitely check out and support local! read more

I found the store because of a blackboard sign posted on the main Niles Street. The place is a true hidden gem. The store is airy, trendy, and very pretty. There are clothes, accessories, tableware, plants, candles, and scents here. To my surprise the prices are very affordable. I found a dress and belt today, and it's about the same price I would have gotten at Amazon or major retailers. I was on my way to Devout when I walked past the newly opened gem. Holy moly is this place CUTE!!! It's a fresh update from the antique-y shops that Niles is known for, and it's equally charming. I was greeted by the owner who was super sweet and friendly. Today was actually the shop's first weekday of business as they only had their grand opening on Saturday. I love the adorable gifts and home decor they have to offer. If you happen to be someone who picked up a plant habit during the pandemic, Heavenlynest is in no short supply of plant babies and planters for you to bring home! I love all the unique handmade furniture, ornaments, gifts, and accessories they carry. The felt hats are something you don't see these days unless you're shopping somewhere like Berkeley at Goorin Bros or something. Although pop sockets are sort of a modern and techy accessory, Heavenlynest carries them in their own flavor- gorgeously woven discs and with geodes!! I love everything about this place and will definitely be coming back to properly comb through all the cute treasures this shop has to offer. I've always had a good experience here. The owners are pleasant and the items are super cute. I bought several items to use as gifts during the holidays and everyone seemed to love them. The have a little bit of everything... plants, soaps, candles, pop sockets, headbands, bags, etc. I think it's a great addition to the area. I'm excited to see them grow and flourish. p.s. Those two negative reviews should really count as one since they're recollecting the same story. I love Heavenly Nest! I've been a customer since shortly after they opened and am totally satisfied with every purchase I've made there. I bought two of the leather moroccan poufs first. They are great quality and reasonably priced, compared to what I could find on line. Another favorite purchase is a gorgeous green skirt that gets many compliments when I wear. I have bought baskets to use as wall art, headbands, paper goods, plants, all great quality and so cute. I had been following the event rental company for some time (I have a studio space in Fremont that once in a blue moon needs event furniture) and was surprised to walk in one day last year and realize they had opened a store! Wow! I have never felt more embarrassed in my life. After doing some Holiday shopping at Diamond in the Rust, my friend and I thought we should stop by and support this new store that opened up down the block. We walk in and possibly the owner greeted us and informed us that they just opened up 12 days ago. The conversation was going good. We were smelling the candles and looking at the cards to see if they have any Holiday cards since they were so cute. We walked away from the area and he comes up from behind and says "Are you going to buy the cards?" My friend and I look at each other like? Uh no we were just looking at them. He then proceeds to say he SAW us putting the cards in our shopping bag. My coworker opens up her bags and says "Please feel free to look into my bags, here" and he looks inside and we say "Please take our bags and check" and he says he's not accusing us of stealing, but.. My friend told me about this place and I was excited to pop in and check it out. My friend and I walked in (with our hospital work badges on) and talked with the gentleman who appears to be the owner. I said that I lived a few streets away and was excited explore a new business in the neighborhood - he mentioned he loved Niles. We smelled some candles and in the same area I looked at some unique cards that had nice messages and I mentioned to my friend that after the holidays these would be nice to buy for non-holiday gifts, etc. We walked to the other part of the store, by the furniture/pillows, etc, we started walking towards a rack displaying some hair bands. The gentleman came up to us - did not seem weird since we had a pleasant conversation and there were not many people in the place - and asked me if I was planning on buying the cards. I asked if he meant the cards by the candles? He replied "Yes, the ones you put in your bag?" (Now - I did not even have a purse with me - only the two bags from Diamond in the Rust - a neighboring small business across the street). I was so shocked, I thought he was kidding. "I'm sorry - what?" He proceeds to insist that he saw me put the cards in my bag. I said that I did not and he was more than welcome to look in the bags, I opened them and offered him to look inside. He then said that he was not accusing me but there had been all kinds of people in there, etc. We were in complete shock! WHAT? I love living in Niles - feel fortunate to have all of these small, neighborhood businesses within walking distance to my house and I love supporting them. This town is friendly and welcoming - the kind of place where everyone says hi and local businesses chip in to give out pumpkins during halloween - I am not sure what this shop is doing here or what their connection to the neighborhood is.
