The other point was deducted because I never rec'd confirmation that the flowers were delivered. Previous experience with other flower were delivered. Previous experience with other finished product. But I didn't get any update of the finished product nor the delivery confirmation until the recipient sent me a picture.

As the date grew nearer, she started leading more to ensure we took care of those horrible details (seating charts, signage, communication with vendors, table set ups, and the timeline, etc). At every moment she was calm, lovely, relatable, fun, reassuring, and extremely competent. The week before the wedding she came over and took ownership of all the "stuff" (candles, ceremony items, decorations, etc). That felt sooo good. She was great at the rehearsal and made sure "all the cats were herded"so we got through the rehearsal and worked out all the details. The day of the wedding? We were so relaxed and didn't think about a single thing. The tables were set exactly as we had discussed, the ambiance was amazing, every little detail she had taken care of. and then she cleaned up and stored everything for us and then brought it back to us a couple of days later. The flowers themselves were missing much of the typical decoration they typically have, like baby's breath and other greenery, and seems to have been replaced with other leaves that makes the bouquet look cheap in my opinion. The writing on the card, which is usually in beautiful cursive, is illegible and also just not the nicest. Lastly, the delivery person just left the flowers on the floor in front of my door, where they could've easily been knocked over when I opened it, and they did not hand them to me. I'm not sure I'll be using this flower service again, which is sad, because I'd been reliably using it for the past three years.
