Such a cozy, cheerful space to make art and spend time, whether you're with friends or enjoying some solo creativity. The owners were absolutely lovely, and their genuine care for building a welcoming community really shines through. I loved the snack and beverage options, as well as the thoughtful variety of crafts to choose from. I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend! Incredible value for the prices as well - very reasonable. :)

What an amazing grand opening! The energy at Sunset Commons was great and it was very uplifting to see the community come out and support a small local business. The owner's Carmen and Steven were so positive and you can tell that they put their heart and soul into the business. I ordered a hojicha latte and it brought me back to when I visited Japan! It was smooth tasting and not too sweet. Perfect! I bought a clay kit for my daughter and I wish I could've stayed to craft. Definitely next time since we live so close. If you're nearby, I would definitely drop in for a drink and start a craft. The space is warm and inviting and it's great to meet our fellow neighbors. I'm looking forward to signing up for a craft session with my daughter and will be updating my review when I do.

Sunset commons is a really fun and cute shop that has lots of different crafts and activities. If you like crafting alone or with a friend, you should go to sunset commons. I have went multiple times, and have tried the little clay foods and the mini bakery. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. Sunset commons can be a place to just relax and have fun.

Arts, crafts & cake = perfect day! Came on a Tuesday afternoon for the yummiest treats + cozy vibes! They host private events, weekly workshops if you want to do it as a group or you can just pop in to buy the item of your choice and do it there. Think woobles, air dry clay, embroidery kits, paint by numbers and many more! They also sell blind boxes labubu & Smiski. The real deal!

Cool arts and craft store with many crafts options including my favorite wooden art pieces. Great to put together as gifts. :)

Great energy!!

There's great energy for grand opening! Came here with friends and was recommended to check it out from a few different people! It's nice inside and spacious!

Such a cute new place in the Inner Sunset. Good for workshops but also just to drop in to get a Matcha and do a little craft.

Just visited Sunset Commons on their opening day -- such a great vibe! My daughter had an amazing body painting and absolutely loved it. Can't wait to come back for the workshops. So happy to have this creative space in the neighborhood!

Movie night and paint by numbers

My absolute favorite spot ! Movie night at Sunset Commons. Cameron is absolutely lovely and I hope for all the success with her craft cafe that has become such a sweet third space! I love to come and decompress after a long week, pick up a craft, have some pistachio cake, just a lil something to take the edge off! Such a reasonably priced self date!

Cute and cozy spot to work, do hobbies, or meet with friends. Great place and I wish there was something like this closer to me.

Terrible company and the worst customer service. I have sent them a bunch of emails and they just…read moreghost me. I was going with a friend and she couldnt make the reservation so I rescheduled on time based on their policies and then when I tried to reschedule to 2 different events, they cancelled due to low attendance. the artist then scheduled me without my permission to events on random days/times that I couldn't make. now they won't refund me the money. I tried to dispute with my credit company and waited for them to answer for 3 months and then they said something to them when they told me they'd refund me which was a lie. now they told me they'd give me a voucher with an expiration in 2 months but this event is no longer offered where I live and the voucher can't be used for online or on demand events so they stole my money and now are ignoring my emails. Never recommend.

My recent experience at Mars Bar confirmed Paint Nite is not worth the money. It was a Tuesday…read morenight, not a weekend. It was supposed to start at 7:00, it started at 8:00 because the teacher was so disorganized. Another student helped him set up or we'd probably still be there! No paints nor water at each seat, my friend didn't get an apron because after going home for more supplies, he still didn't have enough. Who wants paint on their clothes? He kept blaming the lack of set-up on a group added at the last minute. There were 27 people on the patio with one heater. You were either really hot or really cold. There were technical issues showing us the picture to paint on the TV screen. He was busy vaping through the crowd giving feedback, instead of showing 27 people what to do next. You don't have that luxury when you start an hour late. We all lost patience. For some reason, the interior of the bar was freezing. It was warmer outside when we left. Every window and the front door were open the whole night. We met ahead for dinner but I also wouldn't spend more time in the bar at those temps than needed. After complaining, we were given a coupon to use another time. Thanks, anyway. Next time, it's friends at my house and youtube instructional videos (and maybe no vaping in my face). Yay!
