I ordered a used replacement from eBay and after it arrived I looked for a body shop that could install it. After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

Anyway, the first carstar I booked in Glendale was honest and called me to tell me they weren't actually tesla certified and didn't feel comfortable working on my car. Found this place next and got in touch with Mark, their tesla specialist who is super nice and easy going. I had a specific request to fix my car in two separate parts because I had a wrap on my car and was going on a long roadtrip to get my new cat...I wanted to remove my wrap after the trip to lessen the amount of rock debris impact....and because they couldn't paint match my new hood unless they removed my wrap from the hood and side panels....so anyway, he agreed. Process was seamless. I eventually got my car fixed and it was perfect. As a mini side bonus, he hooked it up and just had his tech take off my wrap for a little extra so I wouldn't have to pay $650 at some other place. Car came back in perfect condition, cleaned and as good as new. I also got new emblems that they ordered for me that are waiting to get rewrapped. I highly recommend this place! Also, another perk they have is that they work with enterprise a couple of blocks away and they will pick you up, drop you off, or you just leave the rental at the shop and everything gets handled. Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. I could not tell you about the quality of the work this place might or might not do. But I can tell you about the professionalism and honesty this place lacks. I have an old truck that needs so much work that most places will not even consider working on it. I understand and dont blame anyone for not accepting the challenge. A friend told me about this place and said that they are good but expensive. I decided to swing thru and ask if my truck would be something they could and would work on. Again, I would understand and not be a bit upset if they would just have told me no. Instead, while speaking with, who I think his name was Mr. Kim, I was told that it was something that they could definitely handle. But it would be at least 2 months and several thousand dollars before it would be done. I was so amped and told them that neither was an issue. Mr. Kim told me that he just needed to find some parts and that he would call me and keep me posted on parts, cost or any other issue. After 2 weeks I didn't hear anything so I called and he told me that he was having trouble finding parts, but that he would keep trying. After another week I called again but he wasn't in. I called again the next day, then the next, then the next, but was unable to reach Mr. Kim. I never heard back from him. This is unprofessional but at least I didn't give him any money. Maybe they do great work, but I would never know. read more

I recently hit a trash can, and damage my passenger mirror. I came here to One collision Center, looking for a fast and reliable place. It's not a big deal I could of bought a cheap mirror online and most likely put it myself I done it before. But I didn't want to be cheap on my 2017 Honda Civic, I came here on a Thursday after noon after 4pm David,Kim was the Auto repair representative who help me he got on the phone right away, ask for the price, game me a quote without any issue or hassle. My first idea was to go around and get some quotes, but after speaking to him, he made me feel comfortable doing the repair at his shop, He had estimated the part would come by Monday, but to my surprise he called me a little before 12pm the NEXT DAY!! After just setting everything up. By 2pm my car was fox and ready to go. I will highly recommend this auto repair service to anyone looking not just for a fast service but most important reliable. I'll admit, at first I didn't know about this collision center as being honest and supportive as I have dealt with money hungry centers in the past. But at the end of the day, David the owner came through and saved the day. I was not notified that I had to pay a daily storage fee to keep my car at this center through his employees while ongoing an accident claim with my insurance. I explained to David that I honestly didn't know about any fees and he let me pick up my car without charging me anything after leaving it there for a few days. After that, I thought to myself, that if I can't find an honest center through my insurance, I was going to come back to One Collision Center and get my car fix through these guys. I was unfortunately involved in a hit and run accident, and this was my first accident. not knowing what to do I looked for a auto collision repair center. I looked for a place with good reviews and One Collision Center popped up and sure enough they deserve every single star. Sean helped me file a claim and even got me a rental car that day and I was out in less than 20 minutes. Sean told me the repair would be fixed within 5 days but I ended up getting my car in 4 days. Very great work from the crew there and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone that got into an accident or would like to repair your car. They had done their work so greatly and when I've got my car back, I couldn't even recognize where was the dent from the accident. Their work is best of the best! Without a doubt the best place to do business if you are in need of an auto body repair facility. They are honest, efficient and very professional business people. David Kim is extremely helpful in guiding you through the process and coordinating with the insurance company. When he found out I was having difficulty securing a car rental, he even arranged that for me as well. I would say he rose above the "above and beyond" expectation! The folks at One Collision Center are the absolute best in Los Angeles. David, Fernando and all the guys here are not just fast and professional, but they were extremely kind and accommodating of my schedule. I had an abysmal experience at car body shop. It's concerning to hear that others have had similar negative experiences at this car body shop. The service was shockingly terrible from start to finish. Firstly, they took weeks longer than promised to complete a repair job. When I finally got my car back, there were obvious spots they missed. This was probably the best Collision Center in Los Angeles. It was my first time getting into a fender bender so I was very overwhelmed to say the least. I had contacted multiple places in LA and received outrageous quotes and long turn overtime to repair my car. David, the owner was very helpful from the beginning. I got into a pretty bad car accident and needed to get my car fixed pretty quickly. I found One Collision Center and David was soo accommodating. I'm so grateful that I found his repair shop because they were super professional, explained everything very thoroughly, made sure I felt comfortable and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. David even loaned me a car off the lot because I didn't have rental insurance. Brang in my car for some fender issue fix, and they took me in immediately. I was under a time crunch, and they promised to be able to get it done when I needed it, and they definitely did not disappoint. Not only did they fix my car's damage, but put of their own courtesy they did an oil change on my car, made sure it was very clean before I got it back. They went out of their way to order a new bumper for my car instead of trying to piece my bumper back together. My car looked brand new compared to before. They even took the time to clean my car and buff out scratches and other imperfections it had making it look almost new! Once again, David and his team deserve all 5 stars! I had to make a vandalism claim with insurance, on top of an accident claim and both were taken care of beautifully. I've never seen my car look so gorgeous!! They repaired it perfectly and detailed every little part of it, inside and out. Had the fender flare come off our car driving down the highway. David was happy to help us out. He ordered the part, painted it perfectly, and attached it back onto our vehicle! He set proper expectations for when everything was going to be done, and even rushed to finish the job in a timely manner. My bumper was hit pretty badly and I needed it replaced. I went to see One Collision as it's closest to me, and I was instantly impressed by the level of service and professionalism that David, the owner provided. He put all my fears to rest! He told me the car would be ready in a week and it was ready in 2 days. I didn't recognize my car when I picked it up as it looked brand new!!!! I was so shocked. It drives incredibly. His rate was affordable and zero-BS. The repair was done in less than two hours. Got exactly what I paid for. I don't know much about cars or the details of body shop work to speak on much else. But I do know that when a man can tough it out 40 years in the same spot doing the same work, it absolutely means something.

Glendale Collision Center worked lightening fast - even my insurance company was taken by surprise..! The technicians I met were really nice and accommodating. With so many companies downsizing their staffs and customer service getting worse and worse, this place is a gem.
