They are very professional and have an excellent work ethic. They inform you in advance, keep you informed, and complete the work in a professional manner. Chris and his staff are knowledgeable, know the product and insures the job is done right. The preparation of the cement floor is what separates these folks from others in that they grind the floor in preparation for the product. This creates greater adhesion than acid etching and, as a result they can provide a 15 year warranty, rather than 2 or 3. One Day Custom Floors came with two polite, very hard workers and got the entire job done on Friday. They spent a lot of time grinding off the old paint and fixing the floor so it was smooth before they put the first coat and the paint chips down. They worked for over eight hours without any break, went for lunch while the first coat dried, came back and did the second coat. All together they worked until 7:00 pm, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company. They promptly answered my call, came out to look at the job site, answered all of my questions, and scheduled the installation for March 25, 2022. The two-man crew, Josh and Tyler, arrived on time and promptly went to work. My only concern was that the relatively cool weather (37 degrees) was not ideal for applying their product. The crew was great. We had our basement done with a polyurea coating, and there were several rooms and additional closets, including a utility room.
