Top notch service from beginning to end! Serge was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and communication was very easy. He was able to provide me a rate that was very competitive and a payment system on Venmo that made it so convenient. Our party bus took us to Malibu Wines for my wife's 40th birthday. The party bus was clean and comfortable, very roomy for 15 people, had a great sound system that we plugged our Spotify to and Serge even hooked up some ice and adult beverages in the coolers! Serge got us to our destination safely and let us enjoy a carefree ride to and fro while allowing us the freedom to act like "responsible" 20 somethings! I wish we could have stayed on that bus longer to party! If you want a safe ride and cool dude to help you take away the worries of drinking and driving during those special occassions, hit up Serge at Moonlight. Good times!

We needed a party bus last second and desperately sent requests for quotes to several party bus rental services. Serj responded immediately and right away I could tell he was legit. He answered all my questions and gave me a very reasonable quote. On the day of my wife's birthday celebration, he was prompt and very personable with me and all our party guests. We had the best time on the nicely sized party bus. On the drive home we asked if he could stop by In-N-Out by our house. He obliged. We are definitely going to use Moonlight Limo Services again!

OK I've been on a party bus or two but this one definitely tops them all. Not just because the bus itself is beautiful and comfortable and well stocked but also because of Serge, our amazing host and chauffeur. 5-Star Review: Exceptional Service for a Memorable 18th Birthday Celebration We booked a party bus for an 18th birthday bash and our experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the start, Walter, our limo driver, was exemplary in his service. He arrived a whole 20 minutes early, which gave us a relaxed start without any rush. When the kids ran a bit late, Walter was completely accommodating, patiently waiting until we were ready to leave at 6:50 pm, not minding the change from the planned 6:30 pm departure. I recently had an event and hired this company and let me tell you I will definitely be booking them for my next event ! The party bus we booked was huge and most importantly CLEAN ! I've been in few party busses and they're usually outdated, dirty, and so tiny. The party bus we got was modern with lots of LED lights, lots of room to dance and again CLEAN!!! Definitely recommend everyone to go with Serg. Very nice man. Don't forget to tip the driver ! lol read more

Serj is THE best. We used moonlight limo services for my 30th birthday just last weekend! Booking was simple, fast and convenient for payment. He answered all of my questions and not once complained about my asking too much. I got very anxious and was totally on edge with all of my birthday planning. He accommodated us for so many changes we made, and he constantly confirmed after every change. He was so patient and understanding even when things went wrong the day of the event (last minute changes i made :x !). I have used many limo services in my day and I have to say Moonlight Limo and the owner Serj gave me the best experience of all. Serj was an absolute wonderful person to work with. He was very friendly, responded to me quickly, gave me a good and fair deal and was on time and provided a great service! I rented a sprinter for my daughters last winter formal in high school and unfortunately the sprinter I rented had mechanical issues and Serj did not hesitate to let me know ahead of time and assure me that he would be sure the kids got to Hollywood safe and happy. He upgraded our experience from a sprinter bus to an executive limo bus which was very high end and fit many more people at the same price. His service was top notch and he made sure the kids were safe and made it to and from the venue safely. He kept in touch with me and my daughter and made the experience a great one. We will definitely rent from him again, her last Prom will be this year and I will surely call him to get the limo/bus from his company. Our driver had to cancel due to the bus needing to be serviced last minute but I still wanted to write a review because it's a small family business and Serj was very accommodating given the circumstances. He gave our deposit right back on Venmo. He also helped us find a new service to use that was not even affiliated with his company. He went above and beyond even when he didn't need to to help us out. Would definitely use them in the future. read more

I threw a bachelorette party on the Moonlight Limo last night. It was beyond EPIC!!! The bus is gorgeous with a good sound system and fun lighting. Plenty of room for us crazy ladies to go nuts and be safe. Our driver, Serg could not be nicer and more accommodating. He was super fun to hang out with and took amazing care of us. We hired them for a party bus to Beverly Hills from Manhattan Beach. Serge was on time and waited for us while we had a 3 hour high tea. He was very accommodating and patient with us loud women. The bus was clean and new and we were able to party on our way to high tea. There were even poles to keep us entertained. I highly recommend Moonlight Limo. This is the best party but I have ever used. We had an issue at our bar stop because of of our girls was from Australia and only had her Australian license... He happily recommended other places and took us somewhere else. We also had a water spill and he kindly cleaned it up. We will be using this company forever! Absolutely incredible. read more

Uber car seat didn't seem to be a reliable option and ride hailing services required a super far transfer to another pickup location. The bus was also triple the time to our destination near the cruise port. Go Ride was very clear about their pricing and they were detailed when answering a follow up question I had about pickup time which was fortunate as our flight ended up getting in 30 mins earlier than scheduled. Our driver, Oscar, arrived early to pick us up - I received an iMessage from him before landing using my airline's in-flight wifi - I was able to send him updates as we got off the plane and got our bags. He pulled up within 5 mins of my last message when we had our bags conveniently right outside the terminal. It was so easy I didn't even need to rent the $8 USD luggage cart and my kids didn't have enough time to complain about any wait. Oscar was really helpful with our bags and had all the car seats already installed correctly! All seats were facing the correct direction, solid, tight and the only adjustment needed was for the actual seat belts themselves to secure the kids. Oscar offered us bottles of water and we were off to the hotel. On the way we had a nice chat and he was totally OK with the youngest child crying for a bit while navigating LA's notorious traffic (he said it was light but to me it was busy). Drop off at the hotel was smooth and we tipped in cash for great service - he impressed us! Definitely would recommend to anyone especially families looking for a smooth experience getting anywhere from LAX airport. I will be using them again for future travel. Pricing: reasonable and competitive for door to door private car service with car seats. Communication: from booking to actual day of it was the right amount of detail Quality: car and car seats were super clean Safety: our driver Oscar was safe while navigating LA's freeway and street traffic. Car seats were properly installed and well maintained. Convenience: Door to door service was amazing and easy - I had bags but didn't require a luggage cart at all. For example, I've called in regard to two different booked trips in the past month and only ever got through to someone once (out of about 6 calls total and one unanswered text). - They tend to switch drivers day of trip due to availability and timing which I can totally understand but if you're someone who gets anxious about switch ups like that - just something to note. - There isn't really a way to modify or cancel a trip reservation easily off their website. You'd have to call but as I've mentioned, it was tough getting in touch. However! The little chat function on the website worked pretty quick and they were responsive at first in helping. Then I got ghosted mid-convo bc I think whoever on the other side thought I was done with my questions/asks. - There is a 5% cancellation fee due to the company's bank? This is regardless of time before trip. There are other reputable car service companies that give full refunds for cancellations as long as it's at least an hour before reserved time. This company is cheaper than the ones I'm thinking of so there is balance there! But can get complicated, if like me, you're booking for business trip which is an expense but hard to expense a cancellation fee on top of a different res elsewhere. But also, I had one experience where there wasn't any issues with pick up other than the driver switch which had us confused momentarily. We got over it fast and was nothing but a hiccup! But again, if you're sensitive about things like that - just something to be aware of so that nobody is surprised.

For our roundtrip airport transport, we confirmed twice over the phone that we needed a rear-facing car seat and a vehicle that could fit five passengers with luggage. The driver showed up without the correct car seat, and the car was too small for our bags. When we brought this up, we were told the driver "forgot." On our return ride, the same driver was over 20 minutes late, joked on the phone that "no one's coming," and when we asked for an ETA, gave no clear answer. When my elderly father expressed frustration, the driver threatened to leave us at the airport. This was deeply unsettling--especially since the driver knew our home address. After the trip, I spoke with Rich (the manager), who acknowledged both incidents were unacceptable and promised a refund and a free ride to make it right. Neither happened. It's not about the money--it's the principle. The broken promises and continued lack of follow-through make me feel we were lied to just to de-escalate the situation. He was 1) very responsive 2) had a very easy booking process 3) made me feel comfortable transporting my kid(s) and provided updates along the way. We considered leaving our car at lax but parking prices were around the same price. So for convenience of not having to park and take a shuttle to lax from the parking lot didn't sound better than paying and getting a lift. I'm all honestly, I would use this service again. At first I had anxiety because I had to do a quote and didn't actually speak to someone verbally. It was all through email and the site. Email replied for the quote was quick (check your junk mail), I had to ask a question to confirm a car seat and received a reply the same day. Our driver Matt text message the night before which gave me piece of mind. He was very accommodating and nice. I even asked him if he was available to pick us up earlier (you know anxiety with traffics/ traveling with a toddler) and he replied right away. It was a smooth easy drive. We paid using Venmo since their credit card system was down. All in all Matt was professional, prompt, easy to work with. I would definitely request to have him drive us again if available. The van he drove was more than enough room and the car seat worked fine. So yes, even with the price, I give this five stars bc it eased my anxiety on traveling with a toddler and needing a car seat. Made the experience traveling for the first time with my kid a great one and made me feel like we could travel more now.

Our driver texted the evening before to confirm, and again when he was on his way the next morning. He drove a very large shuttle van with plenty of room for our double wide stroller and 3 pieces of luggage. If you request car seats, I suggest telling them the weight of your kids. I requested 2 forward facing car seats but our driver arrived with 1 forward facing car seat and 1 high back booster seat. Both my girls are under 35 pounds and the high back booster is for kids over 40 pounds so I wasn't very comfortable with that but we didn't really have a choice. I'd recommend they ask if the child weighs enough to use a booster before swapping it out. FYI they only take cash and they do not drive to/from Ontario airport.

I would give NO stars if I could. We scheduled a 28 passenger party bus for a fundraiser for the Hermosa Beach Education Foundation. The bus driver texted and confirmed everything at 4pm day of. The bus was supposed to pick us up in Hermosa at 6pm and take us to Hollywood. HE NEVER SHOWED. We kept calling and texting and he would not answer. Finally someone else called him from a different number and he answered at 6:40. He said he was sorry that he had fallen asleep, which could have been because he sounded very tired or VERY DRUNK. It was one of the two but I suspect it was the latter! He proceeded to tell us he would pick us up in Hollywood for the rider home because we told him we were going to Uber there. We declined his offer. He did credit us back our deposit right away. But the damage was already WAY done. read more

There service was great very helpful. They were professional and friendly best party bus ever. We had a great time and made the transitioning from different locations so much easier.
