I rented a sprinter for my daughters last winter formal in high school and unfortunately the sprinter I rented had mechanical issues and Serj did not hesitate to let me know ahead of time and assure me that he would be sure the kids got to Hollywood safe and happy. He upgraded our experience from a sprinter bus to an executive limo bus which was very high end and fit many more people at the same price.
