I originally rented the Bentley for a wedding and I received a call from Ben about an hour and a half prior to the arrival explaining the car didn't want to start. He let me know they would be sending the Rolls Royce instead. I had specifically asked for the Bentley because I had previously rented a RR for another wedding and the bride wanted something different. I did appreciate Ben reaching out to me but I was still upset that it wasn't the Bentley I had asked for. Based on the some of other reviews, it seems like their cars break down often. I will add they were punctual and Nick was friendly and professional, however, I was expecting to get the Bentley because that was the brides request. I requested for a car so my daughter can ride in style to her Senior Prom. I wanted her to ride in the 1956 Rolls Royce. When I summited the form Benjamin contacted me immediately. We set the day and time for the event. Benjamin himself was the driver, and on his way to our event, the car broke down not too far from us. Benjamin was so caring and friendly I could tell he was upset and didn't want to disappoint us, so he immediately called for another car to arrive. He sent a more upgraded model, a Ghost. Everyone was in awe! My daughter couldn't stop smiling! The replacement driver was so sweet and kind!!! Thank you Benjamin for being so humble, sweet and caring! And thank you to the other driver! Gave them 1 star just because the driver was good... cool guy, nice and courteous. But Benjamin (the guy we booked with) totally tried to fool me! Insulting my intelligence by telling me I booked the vehicle he sent to pick us up. But I booked a certain car (red interior) and he sent a different one that was DIRTY! They could have at least cleaned the seats and windows. When I called him to let him know it was the WRONG car... Benjamin told me that I booked the one he sent, which was FALSE! I then texted him my email confirmation that CLEARLY stated I booked the red interior vehicle and he didn't even reply. I had no choice but to use the car they sent being our Wedding ceremony was only a half hour from starting... no choice but to use the dirty @$$ car they sent! Plus... he raised the price that was listed on their site when I booked! Price they charged was off by a couple hundred on the price they listed on their site! I know how to add and the math was definitely off! Be careful and make sure you TRIPLE CONFIRM pricing and car you book, because he will act innocent as if YOU made a mistake! Totally changed the vibe on our special day... sucks! People should not do business this way... not cool messing with people's special events!! I usually don't leave bad reviews but when I do, that means I'm really pissed. I booked a Hummer limo for my wedding. He was supposed to pick me and my wedding party from the hotel to the church where we held the ceremony. Pick up time was around noon on a Friday (cinco de mayo) and the church was located on a busy intersection. The thing that drove me nuts and almost ruined my mood on MY wedding day is that he made us go out of the friggin limo on the sidewalk!!!! He said he cannot drop us off in front of the church because he has to take a longer detour or not even in the parking lot of the church because we have to take a detour and I guess it's too much of a hassle. Imagine a bunch of peole in their long gowns and me in my whole bloody bridal gown with a long train and all, getting out in the friggin sidewalk in the middle of Adams blvd at LA on a busy friday afternoon! Definitely not what I imagined when I was getting a bridal car!!! And then what annoyed me most was afterwards, he took a detour and parked in the parking lot within a couple minutes. I was fuming. All of the guests and random passerbys already saw me beforehand because I was forced to wait at the side of the church for the whole city to see DON'T BOOK THEM. So inconsiderate! I don't often write reviews and I wasn't asked to but after last night I felt the need to give praise where credit is due. We rented the hummer limo for my best friends bachelorette party last night. It was wild especially with our theme choice of decorations, it is a bachelorette party after all, but our driver was such a good sport about it. It was beautiful inside, the lighting,the music (which was easy to set up to our phone) those small touches like cups and napkins, etc. u don't think about until u realize u needed them. Oh and the phone charger he provided that became a crucial necessity is So SO appreciated. It was so much fun but a big group of women can be a bit of a challenge especially since our plans were a bit uncoordinated but Joseph our driver was very VERY patient with us. And you would be surprised how messy a group of girls can actually be especially when getting turnt all the way up lol. But Joseph was so cool and patient. He was respectful and a true gentleman and put up with way more than he should of. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! We rented a limo for 5 hours for a night club hopping for my 21st birthday and the driver, who apparently was also the owner of the company, was rude and disrespectful right off the bat. He was condescending and combative. He would get upset with us if we didn't find a place for him to park near our destination. He picked us up in Westwood and complained to us about the streets being hard to turn on. During the time he refused to stop somewhere for some of the members of the limo to use to restroom and he hung up on me repeatedly after yelling at me over the phone. To top it off, the end of the night resulted in yelling and a $120 fee for over-time which is absurd. For someone whose job is entirely about service, he seemed to have missed the memo that being nice to your customer who is paying a lot of money is a number one priority. I will never do business with this person again and I advise others to look elsewhere for an LA limo. read more

I reserved the antique rolls royce for a photoshoot for my engagement photos. The driver picked us up from my house and we went to pasadena city hall. It was a short ride from Glendale but definitely enjoyable. It was hot, but I assumed it's a classic car so assumption is there would not be an AC, but the driver let us know we can have the AC on while we are on the freeway. Our driver was awesome because he helped us choose the location, we arrived and he was some how able to park in the front of city hall and we got the most awesome shots. Worst experience ever! If I could do it all over again I would NOT. I booked a Rolls Royce for 4 hours for my wedding and regret it so much! Driver arrived to my house at 1230 and I knew he would wait a bit because I was only 5 min away from the ceremony! When I got into the car he was very upset and started complaining about that. I don't think it should have mattered because I paid by the hour anyway. He didn't have a map, or directions to where we were going so I kept having to tell him where to go. He was absolutely RUDE! My husband and I tried to small talk and he simply ignored us! We had 2 stops to make before the drop off address and he said that was a problem. When I booked I made it VERY clear that we would be making stops. We didn't get our champagne bottle as promised, We had to pull over in the middle of the freeway because the license plate was hanging so cars kept honking! To top it off no AC. Maybe if he would have been nicer some things wouldn't have been important! But driver honestly made the whole experience a nightmare! I was ready to get in my sisters car for the rest of the day and didn't care if it was a Rolls Royce or not. I regret so much not going with a limo instead! There would have been AC, drinks, more room, and enjoyed the ride with our whole bridal party. Let me add that we went over our time by 20 minutes and ended up having to pay for an hour!
