I wrote to THE MANAGER before they even responded to the review on yelp. Let it be known it's officially been 22 days and I have still YET to hear from anyone in regard to the horrible and embarrassing experience I had. The owners name is Leslie too btw. Not this man that is responding to everyone. I think it's odd this establishment portrays to be holy and caring when in reality they only care about taking peoples money and sinning against god. Quick and clean. I came in and tried out their Cafe Horchata and Thai Coffee. I didn't think too much into it, but would prefer less milk and more of the espresso/coffee for both. Don't get me wrong, was great tasting, just my preference. The staff was nice and kept the area bright, welcoming, and clean for all guests. Wished I lived closer, do prefer local establishments and local flavors to kickstart my caffeinated day. One eleven is the absolute best coffee shop that I go to on the regular. Each member of the staff is warm and welcoming and if I ever (rarely) get an incorrect order or something I try and don't end up liking something, they offer to change it. Whether they're playing music or movies, the staff and the lobby are always impeccable and welcoming. The variety of random nibbles offered are all from local eateries or made by the baristas. This place got me through my bachelors degree and I literally would not be where I am without it. read more

No matter where I am, I'll always find a local coffee shop to try. Out of hundreds of coffee shops, One Eleven is my all time favorite...and it's in my home town! The staff is amazing. Audra was the first to deal with me. Amazing! She helped me find my favorite drink, but is always willing to help me try something new. She is always friendly and patient while I try to make up my mind. I'm a regular now, so all the staff knows me. I have never seen the staff be anything but super friendly to customers, except me! I like to tease them when I come in. They are comfortable enough with me that they tease me back! Truly like hanging out with close friends. Did I mention the coffee is great too? Well we have reached an all time low , I ordered a large Cafe Horchata with lite ice and they pleasantly informed me there would be an additional $ 1.00 dollar up charge for lite ice ! The coffee is smooth and perfect. I got decaf, which is hit and miss at most places, but it was the best decaf I have ever had. I got it in the seasonal Pistachiatto, which is a perfect fall drink. First timer here & only came here because my go to spot was closed. My friend & I decided to get a drink per usual as we usually do on fun days. I got the brown nitro with a splash of h&h. Friend got an Americano after he saw that they use great value milks.He was going to get a 3 shot latte & so was I. Definitely don't drink that brand of milks but I guess the hAlf & half was great value. Already a big no for us. We're coffee snobs & broistas (lol) . The nitro was completely off & didn't taste how I'd imagine. I guess everyone makes their nitro a certain way. I honestly couldn't drink it without making a face. I had to put ice to dilute it but it still wasn't making a difference. I felt so bad that I didn't say anything until my friend did. Ended up getting an americano & still wasn't good. I had to force myself to drink something. I only got about 9 sips until I couldn't drink it anymore. Shots were off & I love to taste the espresso so that was definitely disappointing.The workers were all so nice about it all. A+ for the customer service. No complaints on that area. But overall the atmosphere was great & lively. The design of the shop was very well designed & cozy. I'd probably come back but not anytime soon. I follow them on Instagram since they opened and with as much time as I spend in Hanford/Lemoore you would think I would have stopped by. Well today I did just that. Once I walked in I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. I ordered a large Vanilla Latte and had a Dana's Cookie Butter Toffee Cookie. The coffee didn't take long to make and I was able to find a seat quick by the window so I could catch up on some work. The latte had a smokey flavor to it maybe due to the way they roast their coffee. Not sure what it was but it just seemed to enhance the already perfect experience. It was by the far the best latter I had in quite a long time! I stayed for a few hours there and got to finish up my work and overhear how else they treated everyone that walked in. Everyone seemed to be treated just like they were regulars, quite a unique experience. If your ever in the area make it a point to stop on by even if your just driving through. read more

Good coffee and close enough to the train station if you have some time to kill! I stopped by here after I arrived in Hanford on the earliest train and needed a hit of caffeine. We stopped by here and it was great! I thought they were quick, friendly, and the latte was delightful! The two girls behind the counter made suggestions and cracked jokes with us. I hesitated to add this but I think it's important. I realized leaving that this was a Christian based business and it was nice to find out that after I left. They were not in your face but it's the kind of place that I feel like I could ask questions and they would be answered but not pushed in my face. I have been to a few coffee shop that really let you know their beliefs (which is fine) but it was a pleasant surprise to find out after. Not have quotes all over my cup or loud Christian music blasting. Totally a preference thing but still... nice! But at the end of the day we're here to talk about the coffee and it's great! Long over due for this review but better late than never, am I right? haha. So here's the kicker, I don't drink coffee, never have and never plan on to but I still wanted to try this place out because it looked super cute and I figured, what coffee shop only sells coffee? So I walked here early one morning and there are two employees working and I asked the gentleman at the register what he would suggest since I don't drink coffee and that this is my first time here. He had to think about it for a minute, he asked the girl behind him and she suggested hot chocolate... stating that's what all the high school kids get. I'm in my late 20's so that was kinda rude haha, also your recommendation is a hot chocolate, really? Thank goodness the gentleman had a better recommendation, he suggested a lavender honey chai tea, which I ordered and it turned out to be amazing! I've stopped in here about 3 times and I would have to say 2 out of the 3 times the employees were rude and acted like they were too cool for me and didn't want to be bothered. The product isn't awesome, but the space is perfect to study or have a conversation and their prices are such that you can be there for a while without getting in the way.
