There are 2 zipper entrances and you must close one before opening the other otherwise the bubble will deflate and collapse on you. It's best to have an adult readily available to help the kids or hire an attendant. I had been in contact with Sara for months and she has been so great to work with! Communicating with her was so easy! I had to deal with a whole process with booking bounce houses at a certain venue and she met all requirements needed and everything turned out perfectly.
