Replaced circuit breaker and showed me how it instantly made the GFCI outlets all work again. I had them replace the outlets as well since there was 2 unnecessary GFCI installed. He wrapped it all up quickly and didn't take payment either... they sent the bill in the mail later (even a little less than quote) and I just mailed in a check.
