I had a mixed experience with a recent project. Cons: No drop cloth or plastic was put down for a project that involved cutting into the ceiling and wall, so dust and debris was left everywhere. Team wanted to have the exhaust terminate at the attic passive gable vent instead of putting in a dedicated vent (did end up installing the vent by request). The final cost charged was above the range that was quoted. read more

I sent out a project request and talked to a lot of electricians. I had no idea the range of cost that was out there for one project across about 20 different electricians. Im happy to say that I chose right, Leo provided a very reasonable quote while also doing top tier work. Leo asked many detailed questions to give me a quote on my job. I got other quotes and Leo's was the best in terms of price & Leo was going to fish the wire through the wall while the other quotes I received were to just run a conduit over my roof. We needed to change an outlet under our kitchen sink in order to accommodate our new tankless water filter. It was a fairly complicated job because that single outlet serves several functions, and the 50 year old wiring threw a couple of curve balls, but, in the end, Leo and his crew were able to meet the challenge. They also installed new, modern switches instead of just reusing the old ones (which means now we have to replace all the old switches in the entire house, lol), and I just noticed that all six screws are oriented in the same direction. Those who know, know that little detail speaks to how meticulous they are, and they cleaned up after themselves so well you can't tell they were ever here. All for a very reasonable price.
