She was also able to take the sleeves off of another sari blouse I had at short notice. I appreciate her willingness to help, even with a tight turnaround! Unfortunately, retail theft has become a major issue, & many businesses have had to adapt. I've shopped at several Rainbow locations over the years, including San Bernardino store & the former Broadway location in downtown L.A. Although that store has since closed, all experiences were okay. This location is one of the largest Rainbow stores I've seen, with a huge selection of clearance items, shoes, accessories, & playful (budget friendly) clothing. It reminded me of the fun fashion stores from the '90s and early 2000s, like Forever 21 and Q Fashion. The staff was Ok, they were obviously focused on loss prevention, which is understandable given the area. Overall, my experience was standard and would stop by again looking for affordable, trendy styles. After reading some of the reviews, I can see where the concerns came from, but hopefully better communication between customers, store staff & management, can help resolve those issues.

Prices can be a little steep, but it's a boutique afterall. l think it's so awesome that they have a sidewalk rack sale too because there are some cool pieces at a discounted price.
