Attached to the Mission Inn and accessible from both the central/pool courtyard of the hotel and the Riverside Pedestrian Mall, this simple boutique offers a few momentous of the historic Mission Inn. Magnets, T-Shirts, ball caps, the super cozy robes we enjoyed in our room as well as cute little gifts for kids. The boutique isn't as crammed full of "stuff" as I remember from previous times I've visited. This would be the closest thing to a hotel "sundry shop". Nice and clean, helpful staff and the magnet I purchased was charged to our room and then placed in a cute bag. They do have a small snack section and cold beverages, but just for convenience. I love intimate things; quaint restaurants, quiet spaces, and small boutiques. Kelly's Boutique fits this intimate description. Kelly is the name of the co-owner and wife of the Mission Inn and Spa. The shop is attached to the timeless and historic property. However, the merchandise is modern and fashionable. I am always pleased to discover a new line that I have never seen before that fits my style. It's a good sign when a boutique carries brands you already enjoy. I am pretty sure Kelly has fine taste! Subtle Luxury and Pool to Party peaked my interest with fun caftans, totes and pool accessories. Resort wear all the way! I also picked out the his and her pillowcases! Oh how intimate! I'll confess that Kelly's Boutique is one of those shops that scream to me that it's "nice to visit but not worth buying from"! This boutique store is filled with items from little girls' and toddler clothing to plain faced dolls with beady eyes to scented lotions and wash. Yeah, not what I usually get for daily use but probably reserved for gift giving to that special someone in your life. However, the women's clothing and emphasis on yoga apparel is convenient to have next to the spa section of the Mission Inn Hotel. The shelves of bottled soda and import beers and baskets of Irvine & Roberts rose wine and nuts are also handy to access when that trip from your hotel room to the convenient store is a little too far for walking. The bottled and scented soaps and creams are nicely arranged on open bookshelves and the cashier is friendly enough to say goodbye to me, twice! Once when I left the store to take some photos outside and the second time as we left the store for good. It's a nice little store on the premises of the Mission Inn Hotel! read more

Unfortunately I'm so over this store. Second time going there and they are closed. I walked into Kelly spa to find out they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. They should probably update their websites. read more

Kelly's Boutique is located on Riverside's lovely Main Street Pedestrian Mall, attached to the Historic Mission Inn building. It used to be called "The Mission Inn Store" for many years, but when they added a spa (Named "Kelly's Spa" after the Inn's Owner's wife), they also renamed this gift shop. And that's essentially what it is: the Mission Inn's gift shop. Its a small, quaint little place that features all kinds of gifts, clothing and keepsakes - most of them "Mission Inn" themed or branded. They also sell snacks and various toiletries. Also of note is they have a small, but decent, humidor featuring fine cigars - if you're into that sort of thing. This place would normally only get 3 stars from me. Its a bit small and getting around inside if there's more than 5-10 people in the place can be a bit of a challenge. But I'll totally admit being in love with the Mission Inn - and I really like how you can get all kinds of cool Mission Inn merchandise here. My wife got me a book on the Mission Inn's history for my birthday one year! :) Anyway - that gets it a 4th star from me. Give it a visit, especially during the holidays. read more

We loved our visit to the Mission Inn! We stayed one night and ate dinner on the Spanish Patio...loving every minute... However...what is WITH the picture of the stranger who's done WAAAyyyyy too much cosmetically to her face and WHY are there pictures of her everywhere? On the website, inside the elevator, hanging from the windows on the spa and store, on the "what's happening at Mission Inn today" directory and, literally, on the bag you're given after you make a small purchase at the boutique. I told my husband, "someone is related to the owner!" and, after asking an employee who tried very hard to NOT roll her eyes, I found out I was RIGHT! Kelly is the owner's husband and she has absolutely NO self-esteem issues. The boutique is fun to look through, but wayyyy overpriced. By the way, my husband had no desire to carry the pink bag with the picture of the "scary" woman wearing more make-up than the entire Miss America pageant. So I got to. Yea. read more

Hands down worst customer service at the Mission Inn. No one acknowledges you, no one offers to help you and they seem irked if you approach the sales counter to ask for help. I quickly bought the sandals I desperately needed and left. As for the products they sell here, you'd get better quality products for a better price at the CVS down the street, it's worth the two block walk. At least at CVS the reps are willing to help and are friendly, not annoyed by questions. read more

Great boutique love the selection! They have such a great selection of gifts and Jewlery. The staff was so friendly and very attentive! I ended up buying a bottle of Bond Perfume there myself and I'm in love! Only wish they carried a couple more jewlery brands in their store. They need more fashion forward brands. Such a cute shop! Great customer service. I had this really sweet young man named Christian, helped me get everything I needed! Smell the candles, they're amazing & worth the money. Nice atmosphere, nice merchandise & great experience overall. Would definitely recommend if you are near Downtown Riverside. read more
