All of maybe 30 minutes at max but goodness we had to stand in line another 35 - 40 minute just to check out. We were the 4th in line but the people ahead of me had some type of issues. It took 20 minutes just to ring these two women up. I finally turned around to look at the line behind me that was only one person I thought. It changed quickly to about 15. I get to the register and the cashier is frustrated you can hear people in line fussing. Only one cashier with all of these people. Per the cashier that is how (I am assuming the manager) it was scheduled. @Ross if you want business and happy customers you have to hire knowledgeable managers. Get it together, this was an unacceptable experience as always at Ross stores. No one wants to stand in line 20 mins or more just to check out.
