The machines are ancient and are stained and encrusted with mineral deposits. I did not take any pictures of the machines, but some of them were pretty awful. There are many dryers with mysterious loads of laundry in them all bagged up. We got our laundry done and out of there as quickly as possible. Customer service was excellent (on this day) and they were able to do the job in time. The price was very reasonable for the quick turn around. When we returned to picked up the outfit , it was a different individual at the counter and we were not greeted even after we said hello and the stain was still very visible. Now, the last two Fridays in a row it was still closed at 6:50am. As a result, I had to take an extended lunch and lose pay. Fridays at 6:50am, before I go to work, is the only time I can do my laundry, so I need to know whether hours have changed and whether the location is going to be open going forward, because this is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.

I took a brand new dress for my class reunion, I called before going to pick up my clothes to make sure they was ready, because they told me it would take two days before I could come and get them after 4pm. I asked was my clothes ready and she asked me if any of my clothes had spots on them. Then I became concern and drove over there, and the man was at the counter waited on me and had my clothes ready to go. If they could have been honest and told me that someone scotched my new dress in the front, I could have found something else to wear. I didn't know this until I put the dress on. To make a long story short; I sent the dress back to them so they see what they had done and I was told that why would I sent a new dress to be cleaned. All I needed was for it to be pressed. Anyway after 4 days at their cleaners he still haven't gotten to it because he didn't have anything else that color to wash it with. I told my son--law to bring my dress home. No solution for a problem that they created, new dress is a loss to me. There was no apology or resolution taken on their behalf to solve this problem.
