It's usually very quick, within two hours of dropping it off, I am able to pick up clean, nicely folded clothes. It is a great time saver and this is definitely one of the cheapest services in comparison to other laundromats in the area. I've been coming here for years and every time they see me, the people greet me warmly, I love building a relationship with local businesses and supporting local family owned businesses.

Customer service was excellent (on this day) and they were able to do the job in time. The price was very reasonable for the quick turn around. When we returned to picked up the outfit , it was a different individual at the counter and we were not greeted even after we said hello and the stain was still very visible. The young lady advised that they only "washed" the item and didn't attempt the "stain removal". (Not sure why). It was what was requested at drop off. About a month and a half ago it was still closed at that time. I came back several times between 7am and 12pm, and it wasn't open until 12:30pm that time. Now, the last two Fridays in a row it was still closed at 6:50am. As a result, I had to take an extended lunch and lose pay. Fridays at 6:50am, before I go to work, is the only time I can do my laundry, so I need to know whether hours have changed and whether the location is going to be open going forward, because this is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.
