It's quick and easy and the people here are super friendly. Sometimes when I do not have time to wash my own clothes, I do their drop off service where they wash, dry and fold my clothes. It's usually very quick, within two hours of dropping it off, I am able to pick up clean, nicely folded clothes. It is a great time saver and this is definitely one of the cheapest services in comparison to other laundromats in the area. I've been coming here for years and every time they see me, the people greet me warmly, I love building a relationship with local businesses and supporting local family owned businesses.

Quarters only. 5 minutes drying for $0.25. This time we chose to do the laundry ourselves rather than use the drop-off service. The machines are ancient and are stained and encrusted with mineral deposits. I did not take any pictures of the machines, but some of them were pretty awful. There are many dryers with mysterious loads of laundry in them all bagged up. We got our laundry done and out of there as quickly as possible. Will find another laundromat next time we are in Tallahassee.

I had to bring them back to be redone after the first time. There was dirt on them that was NOT there when I brought them in so I had to take them back! I inspected them closely the second time to see if they had been cleaned. Inspecting them at Midtown Dry Cleaning would not guarantee they had not shrunk until they were hung. The label says "For best results, professional laundering is recommended." It clearly shows - do not wash, dry clean only (see photo). Because the price I was charged is the "least expensive in Tallahasee" is that supposed to affect the quality of work I receive?

Also, there was a serious wrinkle in the jacket. I got so upset because that was a bland new suit. Of cause, I expected they would apologize me at least. However, they told a lie rather than apology. They said that there were already damaged before they pick them up. However, that does not make sense. I surely remember that there were no wrinkles or damages in the suit before they pick them up. Also, if there were serious wrinkle and damages, they should have refused to pick them up at first. However, the owner or manager (an old male) is very rude and keeps lying. Also, his daughter and son-in-law are acting the same as he. How terrible family is! Because of this, I strongly refuse to recommend Blue Ribbon Cleaners to others.
