I asked if I would receive some sort of discount for them cancelling with less than 24 hrs notice. I was told she would have to talk to the owner and get back to me. It is now 9 days and I haven't been contacted. MY ADVICE, GO TO ANOTHER SHOP THAT WILL ADMIT THEIR FAILURES. PRIME EXAMPLE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The quality of grooming did not reflect the cost or professional standards I've experienced elsewhere. My dog came home with multiple clipper marks, noticeably uneven fur lengths, and paws and tail that were not evenly trimmed. Even basic finishing touches, like washing his feet, appeared to be missed. I would consider it a hack job. I paid for grooming but my dog was shaved. I paid and tipped before seeing him, but had I seen the results first, I would have raised my concerns immediately. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business for grooming services.
