He took the time to explain everything about the Audi, including the details that needed attention. His customer service was truly outstanding. Unfortunately, my experience with the way the owner/manager handled the situation was very disappointing. We came in on July 14 with the full intention of purchasing the vehicle that same day. We were prepared to complete the purchase and were even willing to leave a deposit to hold the car. We were the first customers to arrive and the first to test drive the vehicle. While we were looking over the car and taking our time making sure it was the right purchase, another customer became interested in the same vehicle. This customer was the owner/manager's client, but they were not ready to purchase the car and did not leave any type of deposit to secure it. Despite this, we were not given the opportunity to place a deposit or move forward with the purchase, even though we had arrived first and were serious buyers ready to complete the transaction. I feel that the "first come, first served" principle was not respected, and that was extremely disappointing. What made the situation worse was the way the other customer spoke to us while we were simply looking at the vehicle. The interaction felt disrespectful, and I felt that the owner/manager allowed the situation to escalate instead of making sure all customers were treated fairly and professionally. As serious buyers who were ready and willing to take the vehicle home, we expected a more fair and professional experience. Allowing us the opportunity to place a deposit would have handled the situation differently and avoided the frustration. I want to give the salesperson 5 stars for his honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. However, the way management handled the situation left a very negative impression. I hope the dealership reviews its policies and customer service approach so future customers do not have the same experience.

I ended up with this dealership and it was an experience. The sales person Antonie seemed very knowledgeable and he gained my trust but it was quickly lost. 1) When I was signing my paperwork he promised to get me the second key for my vehicle. By the time paperwork was signed it was pretty late and he informed me that his manager left for the day but he will get it to me. The next day I noticed scratches on the vehicle. I sent a quick message and he said he will take care of it along with ordering a key cause he realized that it only came with one and he will take care of the scratches. I said I have the 360 also I am not sure if I can use it. He told me that I bought the car at night and it would be hard to see but no worries he will take care of it. I said sound great. The next day no response and no follow up on the key or taking care of the scratches. Then reviewing my paperwork I realized that Joseph Fuoco (Joe) the Financing Manger put the temp tag in the wrong name. This lead me to review all my paperwork that was signed to realize he switched the terms of my 360 from it's original agreement of 5 years without informing me. Joe informed me that the first document did not send and something so we need to sign the same paperwork with the same terms. That is where he switched the agreed upon terms to lower the length. But he did not realize that actually the original signed contract did come to me and I downloaded it. I will assume it was done because he realized I was getting tired. This was supposed to be a happy experience for me and my daughter but as a buyer this location lacks integrity and honesty based on what I have experienced. One thing I am known to do, I send business to every salesperson and every business but based on my experienceI will not recommend this location. In addition I have copies of both contracts and they are time stamped. I'm glad I didn't not get financed through the location, I would have been disappointed.
