    We made you aware of multiple issues, the faulty key that didn't open the doors, the battery that…read morewas almost dead and you had the vehicle running when I got there to look at the vehicle so I couldn't test the battery. Then the vehicle overheating the very 1st day we owned it causing us to be broke down on the side of the road for over 3 hours. We asked for a partial reimbursement for what we had to pay out of pocket within 24 hours of owning this van, $600. We asked the owner of the company to make it right by reimbursement of the very first day of issues and he refused. We told the owner we would agree to keep the vehicle if he made this right but he only chose to offer $250. He then states he would offer $250 again and when confronted he never offered the first $250 he retracted his statement and said no that is $135 for the key and another $115 for the troubles we dealt with tonight. But a key cost $220, a battery cost $260.00 and our portion of the tow was $225 also if we put in the shop our deductible is $100.00 totaling $805....we were asking for $600 and still accepting loss. But the owner refused. A family on the side of the road at night in unsafe conditions after paying $11,882.00 in cash. We are willing to work with the warranty, that is why we purchased a warranty. The issue is, you knew there were issues and you didn't address them before placing the vehicle on your lot such as the battery and the key. The owner stated he paid $200 dollars to a locksmith and the key was not made correctly. He can confront that locksmith for a reimbursement. We are still willing to keep the vehicle I'd the owner will pay us for our troubles, if the owner continues to refuse will take further action and expect a full refund for this vehicle that we've had for one day and driven less than 200 miles. Please, have the owner reach out tonight or tomorrow if he is willing to make this right. We are still willing to accept the $600 and we will keep the vehicle and get mech issues addressed with the warranty.

    I tried to deal with this dealership on a Chevy Colorado. The price was already over the Kelly blue…read morebook value. When I asked for an out the door price I was quoted $600 more than the VAT/tag fee estimate. It took forever for someone to respond and they will not answer the phone. They only work through txt. Unprofessional and a rip off avoid and buy from an honest dealer.

But they know the tires on the cars ain't sh- and we'll just add in a tired package to your loan to fix it. I went with their bank choice Westlake which was so bad in rates and obviously refinanced asap. They where good about asking me if I paid and hyping up the capabilities of the car but then the car couldn't do half the stuff they listed and if you can ask me about pay answer other things wrong with the car. Like why the brakes needed flushing since March but I bought it in August. Didn't notice the warning cause they probably reset it over and over again so I got the warning after I already drove off the lot. I'm making the best of the car but the price compared to what it is was not fair and completely inflated. For that I cannot recommend this place and would not. Where I thought I was saving getting a used car I couldn't have spent the same and got it new. Just a no go. Oh and they added on gap coverage without asking as well. So thankfully once I refinanced I was refunded the extra packages but not a return or suggest feeling for this business.

We showed up on time and waited for over an hour, only to find out he had sold the car to someone else without any notice or communication. There was zero respect for our time or the appointment that was already scheduled. If a car was going to be sold, the professional thing to do would have been to inform us before we drove there and waited. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Be careful trusting their appointments, as they clearly do not honor their commitments.
