I can get treatment for UTIs and common colds in less than an hour. No need for urgent care or in person doctors visits. The only reason I been at an office is due to paper work an a weird viral pink eye. My doctor is awesome. He takes his own vitals and does everything meaning none of the repeating everything you just told the MA or Nurse (I'm a nurse myself so I get it) just straight to the point. My doctor remembers everything from the last visit and it's easy to message him if needed. They do labs here as well. I never spent no more than like 5 minutes in the waiting room either. Parking? I love my doctor, Dr. Cassandra Wertz, and her nurse Dee. They make an awesome team, and always make me feel supported and never rushed, the way that many physicians tend to be these days. I'm not a fan of needles, and she makes it much more bearable! The facility as a whole is well-kept, crisp, and modern. There is even a little refreshment room in the waiting lounge for the patients. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking, but it is only $5 and I can usually find a spot pretty quickly. You pay for your parking at the front desk when you check out, which makes it a smoother process to leave rather than tracking down a machine. Valet is also an option.

They did not communicate the correct insurance information after my visit and so I was charged almost $1000 for their mistake. I called to have them rectify the situation (as was directed by the insurance company) and they refused to call me back.
