My husband and I had One Moment Productions shoot our Maternity Photos. I was hesitant to take Maternity photos in the beginning because I was in my third trimester and taking photos was the last thing on my mind. But I knew that this was once in a life experience and decided to do the photoshoot. Chase and April were SO accommodating and not only the photoshoot was so fun, they made me feel so comfortable during the whole session. They are the sweetest team with highest professionalism. They went ahead of our scheduled photoshoot time to the location and scouted areas to capture amazing shots. They communicated with each other and with us so well and made the shoot so smooth and taking pictures more "natural" vs. awkward/posed. Photos were received within 3 weeks, which was amazing - especially during the holiday season. Wow! Where do I start this review?! The One Moment Production team is just absolutely amazing! I am a wedding planner and have worked with them now on two separate weddings and they have killed it both times! They are like filming ninja's and always seem to be everywhere but unseen. Chase and April did a maternity photo shoot of our family when I was 8 months pregnant. I've worked with other professional photographers, and they exceeded them all by their attention to detail, commitment to capturing the moment, and ability to make us feel natural and at ease. We met at the campus of my husband's and my alma mater, and Chase and April were already there scoping the location for the best spots. After helping me with some last minute wardrobe adjustments, they escorted us to the first shooting location, a pretty grassy courtyard. Though we only had an hour because of "golden hour," we never felt rushed or stressed. We had our toddler and soon-to-be big sister with us, and they knew to bring bubbles to get her smiling and laughing. They got some great shots of her frolicking on the grass in her dress. Later when she'd had it and needed to watch an iPhone in order to allow us to continue, Chase and April worked around it and still captured some creative seated shots with the phone hidden. A gorgeous sunset was in the background, so we went to the quad and did some shots with our ultrasound photos, onesie, and letter board as props. They were super quick with their cameras and gave great instructions on how to pose. There were intentional candid shots too that looked natural and relaxed. It was clear that they had memorized a "shot list" suitable for a maternity shot that included an existing child. That was perfect for us because we didn't need to think, just smile and enjoy. Such an awesome experience at a vulnerable and sacred time in our lives. The photos turned out better than we imagined and were meticulously curated - too many to frame, I can't decide!
