While I understand there are those who do not believe the science of COVID, it seems to me from a business position, the sales person working with me would want to wear a mask when I expressed concern that she did not. I have lost a friend and have family members still reeling from the virus; I have a condition that requires I be careful. Therefore, from plain old ethical 'business practices' when I expressed concern a second time on the phone discussing my purchase receipt, the salesperson slammed me with her response. It was insulting. She let me know that my concern was insignificant because "there's all sorts of information out there." I bought a floor piece that day for a great price. I was going to order much more furniture and lots and lots of window coverings! What happened to good old fashioned service to the customer? I guess this EA doesn't need business. The 2 stars are for the gentleman, Bob, who called me very soon after my purchase to set up a delivery AND for respectfully wearing a mask at my home. Thank you, Bob and your assistant.
