I overlooked a young man on his phone, who merely gave me a sideways nod. Nearby was a young woman, perhaps in her early 20s, who smiled at me and sincerely asked whether I needed help finding anything. Her badge revealed she was Anna. I showed her the laptop my son sent to my phone. She immediately recognized this model and asked me to follow her. I was excited to see this much-needed version in person. I asked Anna whether it was in stock and she said she'd check. Anna went to the stockroom while I texted my son in the Bay Area to inform him I finally found the exact one he recommended - and it was reduced by $200.00! A few moments later, Anna returned, holding the box, and exclaimed joyfully, "I found it!" After completing my purchase, I informed Anna I wanted to speak with her supervisor to share my favorable experience with her. She told me his name is Justin and provided a description of him. I relayed to Justin how wonderful, attentive, alert and prepared Anna was. She made my time at Best Buy 100% positive by demonstrating she is someone who wants to do their job.

I arrived and the employee who was working greeted me and took my cartridges to the back. I had my daughter with me, and luckily there was not only a bathroom for customers, but also a waiting area with books and magazines. The employee came back about ten minutes later and looked sheepish as he explained to me that my cartridges were stock (meaning they came with the printer and pretty much sucked, and they don't hold that much ink). He refilled them and didn't charge me, and he ALSO wrote down the kind of cartridge I need to buy for my printer. Recently went in for the first…read moretime after hearing wonderful things through word of mouth and was immediately greeted by the associate and owner. Simply needed a refill service on ink cartridges and rather than refilling them they completely replaced them with brand new ones for the same price ($6-$8pc). All in all was around $30 which is only a few dollars more than what you would pay for just one cartridge in a big retail store sometimes. My one critique would be that a bigger sign that says "Advanced Inkjet Solutions" be posted out front it was tough seeing the Van from the road. Other than that the customer service was second to none! Go support this amazing local business with all of your printing needs.!
