They don't follow instruction. I had asked twice when dropping off my pants not to have them pleated or large thick pins put in them that create holes. They unfortunately still did this when I picked up my items on multiple occasions. read more

Seamstress with Eneida's Alterations at One Price Cleaners: DO NOT RECOMMEND Turned in prom dress 3/29 with a promised date of April 12th . Contacted me on April 11th, saying dress will not be ready as she's having issues with her home. Can have it Monday or Tuesday next week. I said no problem. No rush on dress. Prom is the 26th. No response. I texted on April 19th, Friday, checking on status of prom dress. Saturday, April 20th, at 9:09 a.m., Eneida's text message response: Sorry I didn't call you yesterday. 11:19 a.m., my text message response: Is it ready? Staring to worry. I need this done by Monday at the latest. Sunday text message from Eneida at 12:47 a.m. (odd time to call a client): Okay. No problem. She called me and said she's not in at the store on Monday, but can bring it in Tuesday. Agreement was for her to drop off dress on Tuesday for me to pick up. I go there after I pick up my daughter from school around 2:00. She's there behind the counter eating. I said, I'm picking up the dress. She says, it's not here. I said, why is the dress not here??? Then gives an excuse of not being able to find her phone. What does not being able to find her phone have to do with her bringing in the dress??? She says I don't understand about her phone. I said, this is our first time using you and it's becoming a problem. You keep making all these excuses. I said it's Tuesday and prom is this Friday, the 26th. She said she won't be at the store on Wednesday, but will drop it off. I said I will come by after I pick up my daughter from school. I go there and the guy with One Price Cleaners says the dress is not here and to contact Eneida. A lady in front of me says she's had the same issue with her. I called Eneida and said, why is the dress not here again??? You said you would bring it for me to pick up. She starts to say she didn't say that, but since I was so upset, I didn't hear her correctly. She said she could be at the store within 45 minutes to an hour. I go and run errands at Publix and Sprouts. Past the hour. I messaged her at 3:13 saying that I'm here waiting and I have groceries in the car. She said she was five minutes away. Way past five minutes. She finally arrives around 3:40. Had my daughter try on the dress. Seemed all right as I didn't have time to inspect thoroughly and wanted to get out of there with my groceries in the car, missing out on lunch, and just being absolutely fed up with her. She kept talking to me about traffic being bad from Federal Highway coming from her other job, 35 Colonial Club Drive, which, at most, would take 30 minutes. So from the time I called her at 2:00 to her arriving at 3:40, traffic was bad. Okaaay. Then she was telling me her pity story of not making much money at her other job. Again, nothing to do with not being able to drop off the dress and causing all this stress and worry. I finally left around 4:00. Upon further inspection of the dress, a $400 prom dress, I see that the train of the dress is glued uneven with uneven stitching. Looks like a rushed, just-did-it-today kind of job, and/or she's just not good at what she claims to be. I went off the recommendation from my community's Facebook group to go to her. She also claimed that she's cheaper than Hem Over Heels next door, who charges around $200. But my daughter's friend went next door and they charged her about $110 for her dress and received it back within a few days. Eneida charged me $133. She has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I hate to write a bad review, but how she conducts herself and the shoddy work is unacceptable. read more

Bad attitude. Dry cleaned a new suit and it came back wrinkled. Left it to be hand pressed. Better but still not satisfactory. Owner manager was not at all sympathetic and stupid remarks and took no blame. read more

Terrible service. Took my Tommy Bahama shirt in to be dry cleaned that my daughter got me and they returned the wrong shirt with stains. Never found my shirt and would not make good on it. I wear a large and the shirt they gave me back was a XXL , and they swore that was the shirt I brought in. Even showed them the receipt that my daughter had. I was not very happy when I showed up at 4:59 to pick up my order and the lady working waved me away. What was even worse, was when I went in this morning to talk with the owner and the rude lady called me a liar and told me to "shut my mouth" numerous times while I was talking to the owner. She told him it was 5:15, which it was not. Unfortunately, as long as she is working there, I will take my business elsewhere...the owner is very nice and hate to take my business elsewhere, but I cannot justify spending my money where someone would speak to a customer that way. Know it is hard to find help, but with that help, as noted in some of the other reviews, they need to find someone else to work there. Totally inexcusable. read more

I started using their services because of convenience. My office has a service that allows us to bring in our drycleaning for pickup. Super convenient, clothes came back clean and pressed. Recently I started bringing in my alterations (I inherited none of my grandmother's seamstress skills), and they do an amazing job. They even brought up a pair of jeans that look like they have the original hem, and it wasn't expensive. Love this place! read more

When I first moved here I went to several various dry cleaners. This has been my favorite. I've been going here for 3 years now. No complaints. Owner is friendly - might not seem like it at first, but he is kind hearted. They also text you when your clothes are ready. read more

Disappointing to say the least! Every piece of clothing they handled was either really badly pressed or was dirtier than when it came in. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!! Because I have to give them a rating they get one but they really get a 0!!! They burnt my husband's white vineyard vine shirt ($98) then claims he didn't. He claims they don't iron shirts and was indifferent to the fact that there were Brown marks and burnt singed material. When I said I'd go to BBB he said he already did. What a awful excuse of a business and professionalism. My first time using them and LAST! I dropped off my new comforter to be cleaned here a week ago. Noted: this comforter is NEW never been cleaned other than a few food drops this comforter was in brand new condition. After picking up my comforter and getting it home I put it on my bed only to see there was a huge hole and the fluff was coming out. Not only that snags throughout that same area. I called them right away no answer. So I called today and explained what happen. The woman I spoke with asked me to describe what my item looked like. Instead of taking my name or ticket number to confirm were both speaking of the same item. She proceeds to tell me she cleaned it and there was nothing wrong with it when she cleaned it. AGAIN no confirmation were even speaking on the same item just my description my comforter and her word that she knows what I'm talking about. I tell her its new and she tells me no its not. So they know your items better than you do. Then she goes on to tell me thats how i dropped it off after i continue that its a brand new comforter nothing was wrong with it when i dropped it off. I told her "So you just said nothing was wrong with it when you cleaned it and now you are saying i brought it in like that? So which one is it?!" Finally she tells me there is nothing she can do it about it and to sew it. I had to hang up cause I cannot argue with a person who cannot even stick to their own story. Realistically speaking if my item already had a hole in it and fluff coming out why on earth would i take to be cleaned?! A smart person would know it would come back more damaged after washing and drying it. A smart person would have it fixed before cleaning it so it wouldn't break more. Better yet, as a business you should examine the item with a client before cleaning therefore you are not held accountable for damages. I would never go out my way to complain about something that was already wrong with my item. I am writing this because I am disgusted that you can ruin someone's stuff and try to hide it then blame it on a client. read more

It may be one price but the quality of the cleaning is erratic. They had to redo too many of the items I brought them because the cleaning was inadequate. They're always willing to redo but the inconvenience isn't worth the savings. read more
