The Lady who works there is one of the most unpleasant people I have met in the past 60 years of life. Seriously. What the heck are you thinking? Are you trying to lose business? I will never go back again. I have brought my Dry Cleaning there for 6 Months for the convenience since I live in Dania. I have found the nicer I am the ruder she seems to be. I have been going there for quite some time and have always had a pleasant experience. They do a good job at a reasonable price. I know they changed owners a bit ago, so maybe that's where the previous mediocre reviews came from? I use and recommend them. read more

I have been there many times and I have not had a bad experience yet. A couple of times they sent clothes back to be redone whereas other cleaners just give you the clothes back with the same stains. You can't beat the price either. It's a shame that you only hear about complaints. read more

Terrible service, never deal with, I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Brought them actually clean pants with 2 small spots for dry cleaning, they kept them for 6days, washed instead of dry cleaning, never removed the spots, put a lot of new dirty stains all around the pants after ironing. Charged me those miserable 5dollars, destroyed 500 dollars pants and didn't even apologize. Manager Hazel spoke and behaved like a piece of shit (what she really is), didn't even want to take a look at the destroyed item, cried like a stupid and finally hided in the back. Told me they weren't responsible for stuff they got for their "dry cleaning". Absolutely rude and unwelcome. Looks like an unsatisfied women who puts her angry on customers. I think one star is generous. I picked up my dry cleaning to find an expensive shirt ripped in 3 different places. When I inquired about it the owner told me that I gave it to her that way...Upon my shock and further questioning she accused me of bringing it in already ripped. WOW... a new business accusing good customers of deceptive actions??? On top of this they have previously lost a belt to my dress, misplaced my duvet cover for two weeks and ruined a brand new white dress shirt by turning it grey.... In hindsight I should have seen the writing on the wall.....BE CAREFUL and think twice before taking anything to this alleged dry cleaner! read more

Well my experience is similar. I brought in a blouse by VINCE. I purchased the blouse and had the opportunity to wear it once. If you know this designer the blouse are on the expensive side, however you will have it for the rest of your life. I took there because it was new and close to where I live. I went to pick up the blouse and the blouse was ruined. It had all types of white streaks through out it. The attendant acted like she could see. They suggested that I leave it and they would work on it again. Once again I went back to pick it up. This time it was worse. The owner Carmella was there she suggested that it was a problem with the material of the blouse. The she said its the color of the blouse. I own several of these blouses and have never had a problem taking them to get clean. This blouse is ruined and then she told me to just take it back to where I purchased it and they would take it back. It was during Christmas season that I purchased it so i know that I got it at Bloomingdales or Saks of Fifth Ave in Bal Harbor, she said they would take it back with no problem. I no longer had the receipt. I called the company ViNCE they said its one of their most popular colors and that they had no complaints with this blouse or its material. I called both stores and explained the situation and they both said the same thing, we won't take a blouse back if its been ruined by the cleaners. They also said that they had no returns on this blouse or complaints. Carmella said that we will work it out no matter what. However I called and left several messages and even stopped in one day. To no avail. She never returned my calls. This went on for over 2 weeks. Today I finally reached her. She didn't even take accountability for not calling me back never apologized and said she never got the messages. NONSENSE. She didn't even know that she still has my blouse. I told her the responses that I received. She said there is nothing she can do. I told her that VINCE blouse cost around $300. I was not expecting $300. She said the best she could do was offer me $50 in dry cleaning. Why would I want to take my cloths back there when they ruined my blouse. I reminded her that she said we would work it out. I told her $150 would be fair, she said that was not going to happen. They still have my blouse can anyone offer their opioinion in what can be done. Do I file a small claims suit do I call a news station. From the previous ratings and reviews it seems like I'm not the only one in this circumstance. The $50 in credit was a complete joke and disrespectful for my time and my money. They do not live up to their customer satisfaction. Beware bringing your garments here, they lie. It was a new location near my newly moved Publix so I figured I'd give them a shot for convenience sake. First visit was fine, no issues. Went back dropped off a skirt, went back to pick up the skirt on the morning of 12/22 and bring in some clothes to get cleaned for the holidays. First strike - they couldn't turn anything around before Christmas which was disappointing. I didn't have my ticket for the skirt but asked her to look it up by my number, she did and said there was nothing for me. Now I thought this was odd but honestly I am 8 months pregnant so thought, hey, maybe I did pick it up and not remember. I went home and searched through everything, no skirt. I went back today 1/6, to pick up the clothes that couldn't be ready before Christmas and since I had torn my house apart looking for the skirt, I had my ticket for that as well. I handed her the ticket for the skirt with the ticket for the other items, she comes back with the other items - no skirt. Says its not there. Looks in the computer again, says I picked it up on 12/22. Well now I was pissed, and insisted that no, I did not pick up the skirt on the 22nd since that was when she said it wasn't there the last time. I insisted she go back and find it, and did, meaning that on 12/22 when she couldn't find it, she marked it as picked up. Thank goodness I had my ticket. I will not be returning to this location and highly warn anyone going there that they make sure they keep their tickets b/c they lie and will not return your garments. Very disappointing. I took my $200 sheep skin rug to get cleaned after specifying what kind of rug it was, clarifying with the lady there named Celeste, if they handle the care of such rugs. I was told yes. Needless to say that I got my rug back after a month of pure disappointment, when it should have taken a week. It was never cleaned properly and it was brought back in worse conditions than when I brought it in. They still charged me and refuse to work with me for the inconvenience they've cost. NO customer service. I've called and left several messages for the manager, who has never called me back. Do not recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever be using them again. read more

Took long time, as usual they charge women's shirts 5x even thought no darts. Had to leave it for 2nd time as is was not clean and return to pick it up, had no choice and that was a hassle. It's a shame you can't count on them since there are no other in the east area. They are missing a great opportunity. One star is generous. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaners. They lost 2 suits, one being very expensive and the other purchased form saks 5th ave at a discounted rate. They asked for 1 month to locate the items which i gracefully agreed two. The owner Carmela had never contact me during this time. In fact ive yet to ever see her there. After a month and a half, she asks to give me 500 in cash and credit and to "work something out". She than leaves me a check for 500 which i did not accept. 2 and a half months go by and 3 phone calls i ask for less than half of retail price on very expensive suits. She states that will not work for her and that she is only responsible for 17 times the amount of price on back of ticket. so roughly a few hundred dollars. Its very clear this woman really never had no intrest in paying much over 500. 500 for 2 suits!! If you shop at walmart this is great but if you bring anything of value to this place and they damge or lose it, you wont expect to see anything for your items. I also had other times where i get charged "COD" for items, yes sometimes between dropping them off and charging me they somehow lost a pair of pants and needed to charge me when i pick them up or just items they "forgot" to give me last time. The owner has called me a total of 3 times in the entire almost three months this has been going on and its pitiful. They have not been accredited by BBB, however I did file a complaint today so the BB is now aware of them. If you have had similar experiences as i see others have, i would recommend to file. I would give this business zero stars if I could! I have been to this location several times, hoping that it would work out as it is conveniently located next to my local Publix, however EVERY single time I have visited, I have had a terrible experience, whether the garments are not ready on time, not receiving my full order, receiving other people's dry cleaning, as well as garments being incorrectly cleaned or tailored. My last visit was definitely the last straw, I brought in my suit pants that were for my wedding to be tailored as the hem had fallen out on one side. When I took them home after picking up, I found that they had been hemmed to a ridiculously short length, making them both unwearable and unfixable. I brought the pants back to address the issue, however the woman there was extremely unapologetic as well as rude. She told me "well I didn't do that" even though she doesn't even take care of the tailoring, then pointed to a sign that said once the customer leaves, the business relinquishes all responsibility-yet, how am I supposed to try on my tailored clothing to know if it was done correctly if they do not provide a fitting room? On top of that, the woman did not offer to refund my tailoring costs nor attempt to fix the garment. To top it all off, she essentially tried to make it seem like the situation was MY fault when I certainly did not tailor this myself nor would I ever ask for pants to be hemmed 4 inches too short!!! This seems quite unfair to me as well as being a bad business practice. I have attempted to contact the owner on several occasions, however he never seems to be available or in when I stop by, which is quite frustrating. At this point, I would recommend that you AVOID this business AT ALL COSTS. Hopefully from this review it helps other avoid the problems that I have been through. read more
