I recently had an experience with this dry cleaner where an all white $100+ dress turned gray after one dry cleaning service. Instead of apologizing or offering some type of reimbursement, the owner stated that it must be a manufacturing issue because of the type of fabric and the dry cleaning product that was used. According to her, there is always a risk that it will turn the color of the material. That is absurd and unheard of. I recently returned to Dillards where I purchased the dress and spoke with the sales person who indicated that if the item stated that it should be dry cleaned there would be no issue with it turning colors. She had never heard of such a thing before. I was most disappointed that the owner of the dry cleaning establishment made no attempt to apologize or rectify the issue. I now have a dress that has been worn only once and cannot be worn again. read more

Update....I took those same dresses to another dry cleaners that One Price did nothing about and got all of them cleaned and smelling good for $25!!! One price charged me $52!!! Just to iron & bag my dirty dresses after hold g them for 3-weeks!!! Definitely never going back!! read more

Went to this place for the first time and will definitely never go back. I took in a dress for my wife that needed an alteration. I gave them the dress and explained what needed to be done and told her it was a new dress. It seemed at the moment that she understood what I said. My wife picked up the dress and when she went to try it on she noticed a couple of stains on the front white part of the dress, as it was already closing time we decided to wait until the next day. I went in and explained what happened and they said that the seamstress wasn't in and I have to wait until Monday and I would get a phone call. Monday no phone call and nothing Tuesday all day either. I passed by Tuesday afternoon and the girl at the counter said that I have to wait until Wednesday after 5:00PM because that's what the ticket said. We left it until Thursday and we went to pick it up. The woman who was there gave us the dress back and we showed her the 2 stains still there, she said that it wasn't them because they didn't clean it. We explained again that the dress was new and her reply was "you have to bring up with the company that sold you the dress we're not responsible for this". My wife told her that that's why they collect the money upfront in case something like this happens and they don't lose anything but the the customer winds up losing. So now we're out the price of the dress plus the alteration. NO WAY WE WILL RETURN TO THIS PLACE!!! IF WE COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 5 STAR THEN THEY WOULD GET IT . read more

Went in a few weeks ago, told them I can't find a shirt I brought in for cleaning, St Andrews golf shirt from overseas. Only wear occasionally, was 2 months later, was told too late, never got a call as promised. Then went to get 14 shirts and 19 pair of pants. Only could find shirts not pants. Thankfully I kept receipts, I was told it was my fault that I gave my first name on shirts and last name on the pants. Yet they look you up by phone number, not name. And the attitude I got from the clerk, and they list hours until 6:30 but they close at 6. They did let me in after 6 for pick up but was told I messed up and this is what they get for letting me in after 6. This is one horrible place. They should be fined for bias and racism. I took clothing to be cleaned and to my surprise , I had to pre-pay. I'm from the North and have lived in several cities, states and abroad and no one has ever asked me to do this. When I returned to collect my clothing, I curiously asked a customer who happened to be white and complaining that they had damaged his dress pant, if he had to pre-pay. He said "absolutely not". I then asked my husband who is white to take clothing over. They did not ask him to prepay. My husband walked out and did not use their service. I happen to be a professional who makes high six figures, however, they only saw a black female. Is there any place in Florida to report these disgusting owners. The sad thing is they are minorities (Asians) who one would think should know better and avoid discrimination. Do not take your clothing there, especially if you are black. Avoid this place like the plague. We have been taking our clothing to another cleaner nearby and spend approximately $250/month. If they were in the north, mid-west or northeastern part of the country they would never get away with this behavior. They would be fined through their teeth. PS. My linen pants were 1 inch shorter when I picked them up. read more

Absolutely do not take anything here for alterations. They just ruined a new formal outfit. I specified what type of hem and they did something entirely different and then tried to tell me it was ok. She said they couldn't do that type of hem. Should have told me that when I first went in or called me. It looks terrible. It was obvious she couldn't have cared less. I took a jacket in for alteration and carefully explained what I needed and showed the lady exactly what I meant. There seemed to be a language gap, so I explained it carefully again so there would be no misunderstanding. When I came back to pick up my jacket, it was all wrong! She had done exactly the opposite of what I asked. In addition to that, the work was sloppy and unprofessional. I could have done a better job myself, if I only had the time. When I told her this wasn't what we had talked about, she said that what I wanted could not be done, therefore she did this. What? Then just say you can't do it and return it! I asked for a refund, since she refused to re-do it and now I had to take it somewhere else to remove their work in addition to having it done again, and BAM - suddenly no more language gap! This tiny lady went ballistic, told me to get out of her store, shoved only half of what I had paid her toward me, refused to refund the rest as she had "already paid" the alteration person. I left after telling her she was rude, but went back in and asked for her business card (which she again shoved across the counter). After I get over my absolute shock, I will contact the BBB about this place. They were recommended to me for alterations by a friend who owns a business just down the road. My recommendation is that she stop recommending them. read more
