This cleaning place is extremely bad. When you bring a expensive dress/suit, they steal it. I purchased a expensive dress in macys, I put to the dry cleaning for one time. They told me to get it in 3 days, when they told me to get it in 3 days and I went, they said they dont have the dress, and then they make me understand that their policy said, whatever dress you bring, if they cant find it, then they give you a 100$ And that is not fair. I moved to the area and ive been here twice. The first time I had 4 business suits and a couple shirts dry cleaned. That went well. The next time I had a ballroom gown dry cleaned. Very good, no damage. The third time I had a load of laundry, they don't offer wash dry and fold service but they cashier did give me an excellent recommendation for a laundromat not far away that I probably will recommend here and yelp as well. For under $3 you could get a whole suit dry cleaned in a day; usually it takes three days but the service was pretty prompt here since we needed it fast. We had a good experience I would recommend this place for all your dry cleaning needs. It's in the same sketchy and dark plaza as Little Cesar's and Subway. There's plenty of parking. It's not a fancy place but I'm sure most dry cleaners aren't. I recommend checking Groupon for deals. Also, call prior to make sure they have a time slot for you. We got our garments quickly and the item was clean and smelled good. No complaints at all; hoping it will be good the next time I go because I saw a lot of negative yelp reviews. I'm glad to be able to support a small business; check it out and give them a try! I am so disgusted by the service I just received from this place and if I was not in a hurry and desperate I would've taken all my clothes and left this establishment. The "owner"older looking white man came across very rude , was not personable and also racist because I have seen his interaction with people of his kind and certainly it was not the same . I am a customer of over 8years and never have I gotten this level of service and it's probably because of the lovely ladies in the front. This may be part of the reason some have moved on and part of the reason why this place is falling apart. I said I'm sorry I will pay when I pick up my items. His response to that is no . Please do not take your clothes to this place. My first bad experience was when they removed the crease from a pair of my dress pants without my permission. The second bad experience was recently my $180.00 pair of jeans were destroyed and faded. I spoke to the owner and he said there was nothing he could do about it. It would have been a better experience if he would have at least offered to give me a refund. The owner has no sense in of empathy. Please take your clothing elsewhere. read more

Over time being severed by this rude, very prejudiced heavy set black girl, she made me feel very slighted for being an older white guy, On my last visit, and I do mean my last, I handed her my receipt, she took 1 part and wanted me to accept the receipt. I stated that I did not need it and all she had to do was drop it in the trash right next to her. She seemed very annoyed and when she retrieved my clothes she placed them 3 stations down from me. I bought a Tommy Bahama Palmeirs comforter in April 2018. I brought in the comforter to have the folds steamed out in May. After having extensive construction work done on our condo, I unpackaged the comforter to first discover it looked completely wrinkled. Ok, it was in the plastic wrap for two months. However, this is not the reason why my wife and I are upset. On the bottom left hand corner there is a tear and an attempted mending on the other side. When I called and spoke with the manager about my complaint he said he would look at the pictures I emailed him and call back after speaking with the employee who did the job. On the call back he told me that the employee was not responsible because they said they did not do it and he has no reason not to believe them. He then says that the rip must have been there when I bought it as it may have been a return or that maybe I did it. I did it? I then told him to again look at the pictures I sent and to look at the professional sew job and to ask his seemstress about this. Well he says that she's on vacation for a month. I also told him that it wasn't a return as Bed Bath and Beyond had to order it as it wasn't in stock and to look at the purchase order email I also took a picture of. The fact that they attempted to sew and cover up what they did and then deny any wrong doing instead of negotiating after giving them my business with no other complaints for the last couple of years is the reason why I'm taking the time to write this review. Deny, deny, deny is not what I call good service and appreciating your customer. Saving a few bucks with this company with their coupons cost me a lot more in the end. May I suggest to take your business to reputable cleaners who will listen to you and use common sense when a complaint should arise. The fact that someone sewed the tear with a professional sewing machine should send off an alarm and show doubt about what really happened here. read more

I want to make this very clear this is directly speaking to the owner of this establishment Gene. With the service you provided my boss with yesterday morning I am not sure how you are still in business if that if your normally practice with paying customers especially one of over 8 years.You tone of voice your body language and also unprofessionlism is why you are losing the 15 other staff members we have. If someone was to advise me or anyone on this staff they will just take their business elsewhere my response would not be "that's fine". Your longevity at that location is based on the lovely women you were smart enough to hire and with them being limited in regards to hours you are losing your loyal customers everyday because you as an owner don't understand what customer service is. Therefore I will explain because the customer you mistreated has travelled the world teaching people like yourself customer service and relationship care Customer service is one of the most vital pieces when it comes to a successful business. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! This is a classic bait and switch advertising shop. The old man at the customer service counter is one of the owners, if not primary and sole owner, and he pretends to be a minimum wage worker just trying to get by. The business is run by a scam artist duo (don't know what the relationship is between the old man and the "manager") who advertise one price, then pretend to forget to put the price in the computer and keep the net difference. Although the amount is relatively small, when you multiply this event by hundreds or thousands of customers, the numbers really start to add up. I brought in a coupon advertisement for 40 cents off the regular price for each dry cleaning item and the old man at the front put in the regular price for dry cleaning. I inform him that I presented him with the coupon and the price was wrong. He pretends to be confused and frustrated and that re entering all of the items would be too time consuming, so he "generously" gives me the difference in cash. I calculated the difference and it was short 50 cents, so I call him on it. He tells me not to worry and its just pennies, so I don't make a big deal about it and that he would make it up to me the next time. The next time I visited, the old man tries the exact same thing and this time I insist that he re enters the entire transaction with the correct price. He goes to the back to get the "manager" whom I believe is his son. I informed both of them that I can add and the numbers are not correct. He refuses to re enter the transaction with the correct price and the "manager" told the old man to give me back my clothes since "he wasn't going to argue over pennies." These are two of the worst business people I have met in my life, they destroyed a $60 transaction over 50 cents. Imagine if you let these two unscrupulous individuals hustle you out of 50 cents and multiply that by 1000+ customers, they would pocket $500 plus of untaxed funds from unsuspecting customers. I am sure that I am not the only customer to fall victim to these two predators. Their establishment will not be open for long with their current unsavory business practices. the one price dry cleaner on 4513 n. pine island is a nightmare. never go to this dry cleaner. they changed hands several years ago and have since gone down hill. twice i have had very expensive clothes ruined. my last experience was when i took the pants to a $2000.00 suit in to have the pants pressed. a hole was punched through one of the legs. they offered to clean them and without asking me tried to stitch it up. when i complained the staff said that it was the machine that was faulty. i asked to speak to the owner. he was arrogant and refused any type of assistance and said that they did not do it and that i brought it in that way. never go to this cleaners. they are what nightmares are made from. the pants cannot be repaired and i lost the use of them and the suit. never never never never go to this dry cleaner. the quality of some of the help and the equipment is bad. they have a sign that says that they are the state of the art. they are the state of hell on earth. i will never go there again read more
