Shaun went over and above for me this weekend. I called Shaun after getting his name from my friends in the neighborhood (Del Mar/Carmel Valley) and seeing great reviews on Yelp. Last week, he did a great job on the floors in my house and gave me some great advice on treating spots. He also took one of my large expensive area rugs to be cleaned by an outside source. While the rug was out for cleaning, Shaun maintained great communication via text. He is very responsive. We needed the rug to be returned quickly for a graduation party. While we were at the graduation, Shaun retrieved and returned the rug. He also placed the rug where I needed it to go and reset our furniture exactly the way we wanted it. He even placed/staged a few decor items I needed for the party and took care of the dog who was so happy to see him. When we arrived home with our company, you couldn't even tell he had been in the house and it was beautiful. The rug I thought needed to be replaced, looked new again, saving me lots of money. Shaun and his team are excellent. They didn't just clean our travertine floors; the Travertine was restored to looking like new. Then they applied a protective seal that's work very well. OneSource works with you. They are very careful with your belonging, moving or wrapping them for protection, including furniture and family heirlooms. He also provided us with a detailed, itemized bill for our landlord. Shaun did a "pet treatment" on our rugs which our landlord really liked and appreciated. I was referred to Shaun for his carpet cleaning services by my prior property manager. She only works with the best service providers in San Diego and so I had Shaun come out and take care of our carpets. They were dirty and he got them looking really good. While taking care of the carpets, he let me know that he does brick restoration for the floors in our kitchen and dining room. These floors hadn't been professionally cleaned in 7 years and they showed it. The grout and bricks needed a lot of attention. Shaun and his team worked really hard to get the brick to shine, and it shows (see pics). The brick floors have had new life breathed into them and we couldn't be happier. He takes special care and even covered my kitchen appliances so they wouldn't be harmed, and also moved my furniture and put it back exactly how it was.
