I had a great experience, so why not give credit where credit is due?! My husband booked me an hour massage with Tammy after a few stressful weeks of work, life, etc. Again, a little skeptical of a chain spa company, but I was all in for an hour of relaxation. Massage Envy was great about texting me to confirm my time, and I immediately felt welcomed and cozy when I walked in. The girl behind the counter checked me in and went over the areas I'd like my masseuse to focus/avoid. Tammy then came and got me and introduced herself. She instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The only thing I worried about was that I'd fall asleep and she'd hear me snoring! The hour went by wayyyy too fast, but I enjoyed every second of it. On the way out, the receptionist gave me their spiel on signing up for membership, but they weren't pushy or mean about it. I decided not to purchase a membership for now, but I would definitely come back to Tammy for another massage in the future!

I arrive and am checked in, confirming the services, and the lady at the desk confirms them and says the price is will be $180. I sit and wait. 10 minutes later Dora comes out. We begin the consultation. She argued with me every step of the way. She said they closed at 8 so no way we could do everything, when another staffer said they could actually go until 10. She clearly didn't want to stay. That's fine, but why take the appointment in the first place? She says we can only do half my roots, not a full foil and no highlights. I almost got up and excused myself, and I wish I had. It was so much back and forth with her it was exhausting. Finally I said to her and the other lady there was still an inch of roots and my hair was yellow. She left for 15 minutes and I heard her complaining about me to another employee. She then came back out, put a color wash on me in the sink, was very aggressive, got it all over my forehead and ears, and the water was way too hot. It was horrible. She then tried to start my haircut, which I declined. No chance I was letting her near me with scissors. The final product was grey roots, and patchy yellow blond hair. The people at my office called me Lemonhead. What I was supposed to receive: Full color, highlights and cut - $180 What I received: Half color, crown only - $112 So apparently a half color, cut, and highlights is only $58! Give me a break. Horrible, rude service, terrible results, and dishonest charges. They did tell me I'll get 10% off my next visit! Hah! Lemonhead, out.

After the 1 hour deep tissue, sports massage, the therapist convinced me that a swedish massage would help me relax more....and get a good night's rest. Hey....with the special....I could not resist another hour. So another therapist provided a soothing and relaxing swedish massage. I am returning soon....for a Thai massage. The Girl working the front desk is extremely rude. I just ran in because I was near there to start back my membership and Tan once before I start tanning again monthly. I of course didn't have my eye ware because I didn't plan on tanning today. She would not give me a pair of the paper ones which over the years once in a blue moon I would need and it was never a problem. Than she tried to force me to buy another pair of eyewear which I refused because I have tons at home. Made me feel very-awkward because I've never been told no for paper eyewear that I used one time in a year! She said it was only a one time and I got one last April as she looked in the computer, lol. Paper Eyewear verse Customer Service! That's just downright terrible customer service! And unfortunately, it seemed she was training, a new girl and that poor girl is learning from her how to treat customers.
