First I wanted to start with thanks to John and Jarvin for doing such an excellent repair job on 2009 Toyota Corolla I've already seen marked improvement in power and performance. Future more, i just purchased Corolla few days ago for my kid therefore i was doing the tuneup on my own prior smog while i was extracting Spark Plugs one of the plugs broke partial of got stuck in cylinder; a Nightmare! so i called Jarvin at "One Start Auto" Jarvin advised me not to panic call my insurance company and have it towed to shop first thing in the morning. Moreover, usually in this situation Mechanic has to take the Head Cylinder off in order to repair this issue, luckily John the Master Mechanic also the shop owner had a lot a experience time in service and stayed over late to repair the issue without taking the Head Cylinder off. Finally, at late evening around 7pm John successfully removed broken Spark Plug from Cylinder #4. Next day Jarvin inspected car diligently made sure it is safe for my teenage new driver kid. service I received from Jarvin and John from (One Start Auto) far surpassed my expectations! I didn't even pay for any service but I still had a 5 star experience here. We were wondering if our battery was going out so we swung by to have it tested. He checked the battery and ruled out other problems. The battery needed to be changed, but instead of charging us for labor and installation he directed us to where we could get the best price. I support local business but the battery prices were pretty significant. I hope other businesses take note, sometimes helping someone out will make a customer want to return in the future. Nickel and dimeing isn't a good long term plan. I recommend this place. read more

They have never tried to gouge me for unnecessary parts or labor and are more then willing to offer free advice on things you may choose to do yourself. I recently needed a new gearshift cable because car would not go into gear. John searched everywhere but it simply was not available. I have submitted a review before, that being said, the treatment I received this week deserves a longer more detailed review. I work in the automotive industry, truth be told I work some place where I could have all my auto repairs done. That being said (and no there is nothing wrong with the shop where I work) these guys go above and beyond every time. I can't even count the times I've brought my vehicles to them. So , this week my daughter was headed to work , she leaves for work at 4am and we live in the country where there are not many street lights. Some jerk decided to leave a black futon in the middle of the road, my daughter didn't see it and ran right over it. I knew bare minimum she'd need a new radiator. I call John and he says no problem bring it on down we will take a look. Now if any of you have teenagers you know they are impatient quickest way to upset them is to take the car or phone away. The guys went out of their way to repair her radiator and condenser. They even texted me photos as the work was being done. The quality of work they do is beyond compare and they explain in layman's terms what's going on with your car. They had my daughters car looking good as New in less than 48 hours and at a reasonable price! I highly recommend them with no hesitation to anyone who asks where to get maintenance or repair work done! Great people , amazing service! read more
