Then went back following Monday (same reason) - then back that Thursday - SAME REASON!!! I had the mechanic come to the car, showed him the issue then he said, oh now I know what is needed. UMMM - that should have been apparent on day one but ok. When I picked it up on Friday morning on my way home from the shop, my brake light came on. I went to drive it on Sunday to the shop and I lost my brakes, needless to say I am so beyond upset. I was able with my husbands help to bring it to a shop near my home for repair. I will never go back to this place! For reference, I moved to FL a year ago and this has been the first experience with a shop. I do want to note that Dawn at the desk was quite pleasant, but the shop itself needs a lot of work.

I needed to get it fixed that's it. So I agreed. And when they return the truck to me, it doesn't turn on. One of the mechanics does a little trick and pushes it and started and says hopefully you can get to the gas station. And while I'm driving, the truck is jumping because the engine light is on. They did not do a full diagnosis for this truck to be functioning. Now it's sitting in my garage not drivable. All I wanted the mechanics to do is make the truck safe and workable. They didn't complete the task. They didn't run a proper diagnosis and they delayed for weeks. I am disappointed paying all this money for it to have more work on it done.

BUYER BEWARE! This guy does shotty work and he's dishonest. I took my suv in to have my…read moretransmission replaced due to complete failure. Waited 3 weeks for repair. A few days later I noticed that the transmission was my original transmission that he had rebuilt instead of a new one. That's not what our agreement was. My transmission is still leaking and slipping on the same ticket, I paid for breaks to be done. He replaced the rotors and break pads. Now my breaks are squeaking loudly, and catching. Also, my ABS, slip, and air bag lights are on from damages caused by muffler man. On top of that, the shop damaged all 4 rim caps. I brought this to the owner's attention. He agreed to make it right and had me send information to replace the rim caps. I kept texting him and he ignored me. He also said he gives a Veteran discount but he didn't apply I paid with AMEX, after paying a $300 fee, so I put the transaction in dispute because I didn't get what I paid for. The owner then, called my wife and told her I committed a felony. He refused to communicate with AMEX arbitration system for resolution. He needs to pay for damages he has caused. My garage is saturated from leaks, my ABS system is damaged, and my transmission is still leaking and slipping. He won't make contact with AMEX to remedy. Guess I'll take him to court because I'm out of $8500. This is very upsetting for me because I've had work done by this shop over the years with no problems. Don't know what happened but I'll never go there again.
