Calvin showed me what services needed attention so I ended up getting new brake fluid and new filters. I am at 94,000 miles and I'm trying to keep up with maintenance so I knew it needed to be done. They did charge me $20 for a tire rotation when I never asked for it. I thought I heard that he was going to do it for free but charged me anyways. Oh well. But He did ask if I had any coupons but since I didn't, he let me scan a QR code to get a coupon and saved me about $75. Everyone was very friendly and funny lol. The dealership confirmed the real issue: whoever did my oil change failed to screw the oil cap back on, causing oil to leak and burn--creating the exact smell I was concerned about. This is basic, careless negligence that could have caused serious damage to my engine. If a shop can't handle something as simple as securing an oil cap, they shouldn't be trusted with your vehicle at all. I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that actually pays attention to the work they do.

If I did, I'm sure they wouldn't have touched it. They also would have known I had a leak had they 'FLUSHED IT' but they 'suck' it! ! In entirely pissed off because you all were so confident you could do the job! You didn't say 'we suck the coolant out!' So when they were sucking it out I asked the tech, YOON. He was offended and said this is how we do things. The new way. How is this a new way? How is this a flush? How can leaks be detected? So a day later I get a 'check coolant' error on my dash. Look under the hood, nothing alarming or whatever.... Now a week goes by samething. I notice I put coolant. Maybe it needs to settle. Oh 2 months later? My reservoir is drained. Now the leak is humongous spewing of coolant! I call in, CSR does a claim and says yall have 4-7 days to respond and they can't! Advise me on what tf to do with my car!!! I go up there and David, the manager, he says 'maybe an air pocket, I can check it. But you know to not accept liability take5 wants it sucked and not drained' I came up there for a damn oil change and now I have problems related to the coolant and radiator? You people will be held responsible, apparently I'm not the only person this has happened too! Look in Facebook and type 'take5 coolant radiator flush!' Thanks guys! My mom brought her car in because it was hesitating to accelerate past 50 mph. After paying $189 for a diagnostic service, the mechanic first said the engine had failed and even gave her a quote for a full engine replacement. Later, the story changed -- first to a catalytic converter issue and then again to something else. When she picked up the car, it was in worse condition than before. It wouldn't go over 10 mph, and they admitted they already knew it was running that way but still let her drive it into traffic without warning her. The only reason they looked at the car again was because it came back in such bad shape. They were combative when we asked questions, and the engine cover wasn't even secured afterward. This used to be a shop we trusted, but the lack of accountability, inconsistent diagnostics, and disregard for safety were unacceptable. If you're looking for honest mechanics and reliable diagnostics, I would strongly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere.

When i checked out, I saw the emissions test hadn't been done, and when I pointed that out they said "oh, we can't do it now because we put in a new battery and reset the computer, you'll have to drive around for at least 100 miles and bring it back." (They are a little pricey) However, the technician assisted me and even slid in a discount. The process was hella smooth and fast. 15 mins tops & I was outta there. I watched them do the process from inside my car which was dope to see. All in all they live by their name "Instant Oil Change" though they do charge a little "change". Pull up!
