TL;DR: Efficient and thorough service on top of great communication during the entire repair process makes this repair shop worthy of my future patronage. I was initially referred to this repair shop by a Discount Tire associate. Our car was just in an accident and was badly in need of a repair. Junior, our only contact during the repair process, was understanding and took our car in for an initial diagnostic. Lo and behold, damage was worse than we thought and Junior communicated this through text, but also recommended we claim this on insurance to save money on repairs. Call me cynical, but part of me expects repair shops to try to wring every penny they can out of their customers. But, the fact that Junior was recommending a way to lower our financial burden is very commendable. In addition, our insurance appraiser tagged onto the repair request for our vehicle to get new tires. Junior was very observant, recognized our car already had new tires (which it did), and took off the price of the proposed tires from our deductible. He did not have to do that, but he ended up saving us 200 more dollars. This entire time, he sent my father and I texts, updating us on the repair, complete with WIP (work-in-progress) pictures and approximate timelines. For our first time with this shop, I'm pretty stoked with the results. They'll try their hardest to save you as much money as they can while they deliver efficient and wonderful service. Amazing & efficient service. This is definitely my new mechanic and I will be referring everyone I know. I was referred by discount tires because my tie rod was moving causing my tire to move while driving, making my whole car shake. Redline AutoSports moved very quickly confirming the issue and worked diligently to resolve the problem. Communication was excellent. Time for an update... I usually come to Redline Autosports to get annual inspection for my SUV. But I skipped it last year due to system issue. So I came back this year for the inspection plus an oil change. I was happy the business flourished. Both bays were nearly full. I would be happy to bring them more customers. I was told it will take an hour and a half. So I went across the busy Southwest Freeway to Qmart for lunch to chit chat with store clerk. Plus, I got a chance to catch up with a few reviews. Getting to know Junior the owner pretty good, he has worked with 2 of my vehicles so far. One 2004 Tacoma PU I am hoping he will help me get the minor issues corrected at a good price, with minimum turn around time. I like that he knows me by name walking through the door. And, Because I was surprised at how well the repair went I asked Jr for a deeper inspection into this ISUZU NPR Cargo truck. His advise turned out to be invaluable because he pointed out several things a previous mechanic missed. Jr. even referred me to a location to get parts cheaper than he could sell it to me for. These people are crooks and I am so upset at myself for Not going to my usual place even for something as minuscule as an inspection they removed essential pieces from my cars fuel gage! Who does that? Seriously what type of business practice is this to steal pieces and mess up the functionality of the cars u work on so I guess so they will hv to return to u for more issues? Incredible Mechanic Shop!! I have a 1993 Jeep Wrangler that I love and have had since I was 16 years old, that's 26 years for those counting. It has some wear and tear, but I have taken pretty good care of it. Recently a U-joint gave out while driving on the highway and did a lot of damage to the under carriage and transfer case. I towed it three mechanics to get estimates, but no one would touch it because it was going to take up bay space that they could be turning and burning oil changes and radiator flushes in. I went by and spoke to the owner, who was busy to a precision alignment with lasers on a Lambo, and he said he would do the work, knowing that it was be taking a lot of time to untwist things, put together and estimate, order parts, test ect. He went through everything. Offered to restore several other systems for me that I had been wanting to get to. This place does can handle whatever you have. I have seen them turning wrenches on Lamborghini, Ferrari, Morgan Aero Super Sport, fully restored 1960s Toyota FJ45 all the way down to a sentimental 1993 Wrangler that I didn't want to let go of. Highly recommend if you want it taken care of completely, without people laying wrenches on the fenders, give them a shot. read more

My grandparents used to take their minivan here and when my mom moved back she started going there after they passed I'm a born skeptic so I was apprehensive she would be taken advantage of as an older (71 now) woman. Junior has ALWAYS taken superior care of her and gone above and beyond to help her with all of her maintenance needs. When I came down to visit once I dropped by to get my oil change and she was right. He was professional, knowledgeable and charged me a fair price. My mom recently wreck her car and took it to him. He gave her the name of a place to go and even had one of his guys show her where it was and he talked to the people for her. She is now going to buy a car from him and he wanted to make sure everything is good and has double checked everything and making sure it is dependable and safe for her (again 71 year old woman).
