I went here to get new tags for my car around. I'm going directly to the motor vehicle Bureau. All pricing was shared upfront and is reasonable The weight was a little long because the person walked in seconds in front of me wanted new plates and he wanted custom plates and didn't do the research to know what was available They spend so much time with him as he checked one name after another until they came up with something that's available . Small office and there was no back up person so it took a long time . these people keep getting bad reviews deleted on google so I'm having to post everywhere else so nobody else will have this experience Went here in September 2022 to buy a custom personalized tag. Was told 8-10 weeks and I waited 5 months until I decided to file a dispute because there was 0 communication since December 6th when I asked for the status of my plate. They said they would update me and I never heard from them again. My husband went in today and they said they tried calling and emailing me multiple times. They then told him they couldn't show him phone records after they accused me of not picking up the phone and that "oh, no actually, we didn't email back, we called." They then said I can reorder at the DMV, but I would still have to wait another 8-10 weeks to get it. So what did you supposedly call me for if you didn't have my plate? This business is unethical and I would not recommend anybody to come here. By the way I went straight to the DMV where i paid $81 for the same exact tag where they charged me $200 and was told 3 weeks tops. Just save your money and go there I will post my disputed transaction from January 2023 and the emails when I kept asking for my plate and they never followed-up in December 2022. You again are going back on what you said. First it was you didn't continue communication because of the dispute, then you say that you called. You didn't call once nor did you email me anything. Can't say enough great things about this place. I called before I went in and spoke to Annie, she confirmed everything I needed to know before I went in. The office is clean and quiet, exact opposite of the DMV. I was in and out within 20 minutes (probably would have been faster had I not had to step out to call the husband). Annie was wonderful and sweet and so helpful! She was able to help me navigate the title and license plate change with ease and looked for any way that I could save money. I will never set foot in the DMV again, unless I have to. I almost don't want the word to get out because it was such a pleasant and quick experience but credit is due where credit is due. Annie helped me transfer my plate and registration from NC to FL. It took some time for NC to release it over to FL and for my loan company to send the title but she was very good at keeping me in the loop on what's going on. Why waste your time at the DMV ? In just three days I had my Florida Plate, my Florida Registration and Florida Title. They even mailed my NY Plates back to NY DMV and received confirmation NY plates were destroyed. Think twice before deciding to use One-Stop Auto Tag Services. I never thought I would say that I would 10 times rather deal directly with the DMV than to use One-Stop ever again. I tried to get them to process a simple transfer of title of a boat trailer in March of 2020. Now its June and I still have not received my title. They charged my credit card as if they were going to process the paperwork but even after talking with a different person every time, Nidia, Lilly and Ann, still have nothing to show after months of frustration. I have called them countless times and left messages begging for help every time. I spoke to several of the so-call customer service people and each one promised to investigate and call me right back. Non of them ever call back.The last person I spoke with told me her name was Nidia. I went through my entire situation again even though she made it clear she did not want to hear my story and the last thing she told me was...I promise I will call you on Thursday (yesterday) And I said to her...are you going to let me down like the others? and she said, "I PROMISE I WONT LET YOU DOWN". Obviously, I didn't get a call from Nidia on Thursday so I left several recorded messages today and still no one has returned my call. At this point I question whether or not One-Stop Auto Tag Agency fraudulently charged my credit card or if they are just that incompetent. I have stopped payment on my credit card payment and asked my bank to investigate them to see why they charged my card nearly a month ago and now wont call me back. I should have give up hope when they refused to let you talk with or give me the name of a manager to speak with to elevate my issue....But now I am glad to share my story and my opinion of this organization.
