We started off right with One Stop as a sub contractor with our cabinet installations. We gave plenty of consideration given it was a one way commute of 3 hours. It took us going back to where we purchased cabinets, to complete the work. The work was well done, cabinets and floors. Again being considerate, we took care of the trash which was considerable. That is Robert agreed we would split the cost given the consideration. We assumed we could move forward with casings and appliance installations. This is where it went down hill. We paid the invoice for casings in September and begged for installation the months of November to May. That is we went back and forth for months with Robert promising service with no calls to confirm. And then ignored emails and chats asking for my refund. Lots of excuses and we fell for it. We filed with BBB and again no response. We are Senior Citizens with health challenges that were never considered, but Robert will tell you how bad it is for him... and never ever giving us one response when asking for our money for trash collection and the paid invoice. Now its small claims. Good work, if you can get them to come. I would not recommend working with them directly. read more

They were to start work Monday, 10/3/22, told via email that installer had day off. The start day, 10/3/22 was specified on the contract. Instead, later found out from Robert Wooten that the installer was finishing up another job on Monday, 10/3/22. Installer worked Tuesday, 10/4/22 and Wednesday, 10/5/22. Did not show up to work on Thursday, 10/6/22 (email that installer running late, he will be there) and no work on Friday 10/7/22 (no update) with no apology or explanation. It seemed they were the only contractor available for Cabinets to Go (Commerce). We asked to be assigned another contractor from the start. However, staff at the store and Installed Right insisted we stay with One Stop Construction & Restoration (San Bernardino, California). Better to stay away from One Stop Construction & Restoration. They never set a schedule of work hours, no response via email or call back from our voice mail. No explanation for not showing up on days when they could have. Advised them at the beginning of the week, Monday, 10/3/22 that I was taking the week off work so the job could be completed, obviously, it did not matter to them. It has been a horrendous experience. Unfortunately, did not find out about State license violations until after the work started. All homeowners, please do your research on a contractor prior to signing any contract. Ensure they have liability and workers compensation insurance. This company began a kitchen renovation on July 12th, 2024. Contract had completion date of September 29, 2024. It was not! By year-end, still not finished and they left tools and trash galore behind! This company "Ghosted" on us! We feel completely duped, as we thought we had a good relationship with this crew. After the fact, we discovered that their electrician was not licensed, and questionable whether others on crew were. They were habitually late in showing up, or several times not at all! We are patient ppl, but the disrespectful of our time and money is what hit hardest. My spouse was so stressed out and had missed medical appointments waiting around for these guys many days. Ultimately, my spouse was hospitalized. There's so much more I could share, but the bottom line is, I would never recommend this company to anyone. What work they did, we later had issues with. So many details missed and too many shortcuts taken we discovered. We are not even certain that our appliances are installed correctly as I had to change the delivery date three/four times due to One Stops delay. Finally, I had appliances delivered and stuff sat on patio for well over a month causing me to have One Stop put in appliances (they said they could), and not the company we purchased from. Big mistake as now we are finding that items were not installed safely in accordance with/specs. It's been awful whole MESS! YES...we had paid them what was owed, and I'm embarrassed to admit, we signed off (on cabinet installation (Cabinets To Go), because we were told owner had health issues, but as soon as he was better, they'd return. We recently concluded a project to renovate a kitchen, replace flooring, update a couple of bathrooms and several other items including a full interior repaint. In the end, One Stop did great work. You will enjoy working with Robert, James and Henry along the way. They are honest, conscientious and the pricing is fair. Our project began when we were first introduced by Cabinets To Go but it led to other work lists beyond the original kitchen and flooring jobs. I've included before, during and after photos of the kitchen job but all areas where they worked showed a similar change in the end. All of our work lists were not only completed to our satisfaction but they went above and beyond to help us source materials and devise cost-effective solutions to a few tricky issues along the way. Of course, there were some frustrations along the way with supplies that couldn't be found or were delayed but that should be expected with any project and can't be blamed on One Stop given the current supply chain issues. Hired a contractor Robert Wooten Lic# 914666 & 1029915 who works with One stop Construction & Restoration through cabinets to go to install cabinets, countertops, back splash, and flooring and he never started the job. Postponed work for 2 weeks for personal reasons but then kept changing the dates stop communicating. Called and left messages for 2 weeks with kitchen demolished. Finally got in contact thru a superior and he finally called and said he would come the following day and was a no show. His business etiquette was terrible. I was approached by these people as a referral and they seem nice enough but after reading reviews and seeing they have an open case with their contractors license the reviews of them no showing, collecting money in advance, not providing contracts per the guidelines set by the state, I will not hire them. So excited to start my big remodel. contracted Robert Wooten/ One Stop Construction as recommended by Cabinets To Go. After starting the project which only included labor as I bought all materials, Mr. Wooten collected weekly payments adding up to almost 25,000 only to stop working. Numerous excuses, no calls and no shows. Only completed about 60% percent of work. Toward the end Robert would sent me a random person who claimed to be truck driver but was helping Robert out, only to walk out the second day. I can not say the workmanship was equivalent to the amount charged but I blame the contractor who never stepped foot on this project. The only worker he has rushed to leave on the one day a week he would show up, which may have been reason $1,000 worth of base boards stuck together and were ruined after being painted. Bigger mistake was putting down wood floors as the first project after demo, only to have them scratched and damaged. Never a soild weekly plan, just random visits of 3-4 hours a day once a week. I did notice the 11 violations on the Contractors State Licensing Board but believed he was genuine and a man of his word to complete this whole house remodel, as we spoke of these previous violations with Robert. Now only to come to find the 11 violations were true as now I have became victim as well. read more

From beginning to end , we received excellent customer service from Robert , Henry, and James. They took extra care to build and install the cabinets in both our kitchen and laundry room and relocate our dishwasher. James went above and beyond to make sure we understood and were pleased with even minor details. The backsplash was impeccably installed by James as well. My sister and I decided to update our mom's kitchen, so we went to Cabinets To Go for the cabinets and counters. Robert came out to confirm our measurements and gave us a bid on the install, plus demo of the old cabinets and counters, demo of the floor, and many repairs. We felt like the pricing was fair and he was up front about the costs. They had to do some unexpected repairs, but this work was completed quickly and well-done. Most of the cabinets were installed in one day, which we felt was quick. There were some additional items that we needed to order after our initial order, but they were nice enough to pick them up and deliver them for us. (Our original order was delivered by CTG, and my sister and I had to get everything up to our fifth floor condo alone due to COVID.) By the end of the project, we were thrilled with the cabinets and butcher block counters. Robert also offered to take back the extra materials they didn't use so we could get some money back.
